This store is absolutely HORRIBLE !!! I walked in to grab a quick bite to eat and upon entering, I noticed a couple of people sitting in the lobby area in addition to a couple of employees that were just sitting around. I was greeted by one of the employees behind the counter, however, I didn't receive any service. The manager was no where to be found and everyone was focused only on the drive thru with NO ONE tending to the front. The staff was young and had bad attitudes. I ended up walking out without any food after a woman who came in after me spoke up asking if anyone was gonna serve us as I watched the employee who greeted me and I assume was supposed to be tending to the front say, "Ya'll not gonna stress me today". Wow ! This is how we behave at Bojangles??? After witnessing how this store is ran and due to the lack of service that they provide, this store will NEVER see me again. You would think with all these bad reviews, a person would see some change. So sad !!! read more

The problem wasn't bojangles, the problem is yelp and grubhub. Ordered through bojangles app, gave me a 45min timeframe for delivery. I check on it and the food is on my front porch, no update, no communication, no ringing my doorbell. I call grub hub and they say, yes, we've had multiple problems with that but we can't do anything regarding your freezing cold food, because the order cabs through yelp. These 3rd party vendors gave no accountability nor customer service. I paid double for food I had to microwave and check for bugs since it's been outside in the cold on my porch for who knows how long. read more

Bojangles is struggling. Especially this location. No matter what you order you have to open the bag to check because they get it wrong most of the time. This morning was no different. A sausage biscuit with egg came out as a sausage patty on a Hamburger bun? After I asked the kid in the window to verify it was a sausage biscuit with egg he just looked at the screen, nodded yes, then handed me the wrong thing. Got an eight piece with four biscuits and when I got home, I only had chicken! Called the restaurant back and Rob, the manager told me to swing by sometime and he'd make sure things were corrected. Well, I stopped by the next day and talked to Rob and he told me to pull off to the side and wait. I expected some biscuits and MAYBE a couple pieces of chicken. No! Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. I tow a trailer so I clearly can't fit through the drivethru. I parked outside and walked in to order and the manager yelled at me and chased me out saying "inside is closed." I tried to explain to him that I can't fit my truck through the drivethru and he said "too bad go away" It's not that hard to take a person's order inside. And if you're closed, why is the door open? Have never been a Bojangles fan for breakfast or any other meal. I usually frequent the other guy when I'm in the mood for fried chicken fast food style. This was my second visit to this location in 2 weeks. First visit order received correctly. Today being a holiday, dining options were limited. Requested my standard 3 wing meal/ 2 sides. Receipt was correct but what I got for sides was only half correct. Pretty sure the Pintos were from at least a month ago. You can get more juice in a can of Bush's baked beans....and more enjoyable. And I guess I'm lucky that I like mac n cheese. Although it looked rather old as well. Wings were ok. For a $10 meal including small drink, I expect a lot better than what I got. Bojangles seems to be hit or miss like every other fast food establishment these days. It's a roll of the dice depending on the day. If they don't want to make it and are too lazy they will say that the wait is 5,7,10 min.... or when you offer to wait they come back with "oh sorry we are actually out of that.."
