They gave away my order and when I tried to ask what to do the worker didn't do anything but complain about active guest, grown ass adults can't do they job. Their chicken is good! Good temperature and bread was buttery. The fries were a bit soggy though. Then, I asked for a grilled chicken house salad to then pull up at the window and was charged for a house salad no chicken. I had heard of this place while visiting and decided to check it out. It is a fast food restaurant and there are plenty of them. Thet sell chicken and more chicken. There are various types from grilled to fried to salads. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. My friend got the chicken salad which looked pretty good. The chicken sandwich was tasty. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins tonight only to arrive at the order board at 8:00pm to be told "We're closed. We close at 8." Employee was approaching cars behind me but never approached my car so I'm thinking I just missed the cut off. So I was confused when she said "closed". This Zaxby's location has gotten a bad rep over the years but lately every time I go the service is excellent and the food is nice and hot. I can't complain at all about my experience. I made 2 visits with IG 2 hours to this location and they got all of my orders correct. On my second visit I was asked "is everything ok? Weren't you here earlier?" The young lady wanted to make sure I did not return because something was wrong with my first order. I thought that was very attentive and the face that she remembered me spoke huge to her attention to detail. We will continue to visit so long as they keep on doing good. read more

I wish I could give this Zaxbys zero stars. First I walk in and the person who I guess is supposed to be working the register has her back to me leaning against the counter where they place the food. I clear my throat after a few seconds and she finally turns around and walks over to the register and just looks at me and then says "yes?" I'm like can I order? Get to the store and they have the doors locked so as to funnel folks to a massive drive thru line even though they have signs saying they are open for inside the restaurant business. They are evidently ignoring all other to deal with their drive thru line. Hello I went to Zaxby's location 6340 Sugar Creek rd, Charlotte, NC 28269 on 2/21/2021 between 2:00 pm to 3:00pm. I paid with my debit card THRU THE DRIVE THRU (a african-american girl under 20) took my order. She did not give me my card back or receipt, she just handed me the food and I drove off forgetting my card. By the time I made it home 15 mins later, I started receive texts from Wells Fargo of MULTI charges! I looked for my card and realize the girl did not return it. I contacted the bank to shut the card off and tried to call the location but they never answered. This place is basically across the street from me so I'll hit it once a month or so, I always go in and it's always been a decent experience. I get the Snax combo and I'm always impressed by the quality of the chicken, I wish there was more but over all it's usually better than KFC's tenders. Really my only issues with the place are that when they mop the floor with that finish I have a hard time not sliding around and service is always meh.
