I go to this chick fil a lot and never had an issue until this morning . I went through the drive thru and wasn't even acknowledged no good morning no nothing not a what's your name for your order. They continued to talk amongst themselves at the window Until another car pulled up a different ethnicity they were all smiles happy telling them good morning and making conversation. Standard chick-fil-a fare at this location. They bring the food out to you instead you waiting at the counter. I always like the fruit cup as a side, they don't waste my time and their space with melons which are just fillers. They use good fruit like grapes, apples and strawberries! read more

This has got to be the most poorly constructed drive thru and parking lot ever . Why so difficult to navigate ? This morning the left lane did not move for about 15/20 mins. Apparently the person a few cars ahead never had their order taken. They were just sitting at the intercom while the line piled up. Finally an employee notices. We begin to move. I ended up getting my food but it didn't matter because I still couldn't go anywhere for another 5-7mins. I come here for convenience but the breakfast flow isnt efficient at all. read more

This location was once decent. Now everytime I go there I have some kind of issue with my order. Either my sweet tea tastes like soap, or my fries are cold and only filled halfway. Stop by this Chick-fil-A location to grab a quick bite to eat. Upon entering the drive-thru, there were not a lot of cars and we were able to get our order taken immediately. The entire process moved quickly until getting to the window and was asked to park on the side since they were still preparing our food. After about five minutes, food was brought out to us. However upon further examination, they had only included one napkin (glad that I wasn't trying to eat in the car). Lol! Overall, it's is in a great location and is typically a very busy Chick-fil-A, when I've passed by before. The staff is normally friendly and helpful, when I have gone in the past. There are a couple of things that they can likely improve upon, being a newer location. However, the food was good and I'm sure that they will do better in the future. read more

Fan of Chick-fil-A here. Usually when I visit this location the line is extremely long. But today since it was early, there was no wait - I quickly placed my order and drove around to the pick up window, to be asked to park in a spot in front of the building to wait for the food to be brought out. Apparently my order of tenders and french fries need it more time. This is a new location so they still may be working out some of the kinks, not to mention I'm sure they are affected by staffing shortages because of the pandemic. This place needs to be shut down. It's an embarrassment to the brand and corporate needs to do something about it. Store, dirty and gross Employees, while way too many, are rude kids with bad attitudes. Slow service, personal conversations being a higher priority than serving customers. Manager couldn't care less, 10 minutes to get a drink and then over charged for order. Food, as bad as the service. The kid let my strips sit in the bag for 5-10 minutes while he had a personal covnvo and did nothing productive. When I mentioned they were sitting there, he virtually tossed them to me with an attitude. It took all my self control not to smack the crap out of him. The parking lot is the final nightmare. 15 different right of ways. Added bonus, $13 for 4 shitty strips, small cold fry (maybe 10 fries) and a small drink. CFA used to be the best around and I've spent $1000's with them. There is now better, elsewhere. Don't go here. read more

The customer service at this location is horrible. I placed an online order for pickup. The girl came over and asked me my name. She walked back over behind the counter and came back and asked me if I was sure I didn't order drive-thru. Can't go wrong with Chik-fil-A for a quick late lunch no matter where you go. At CLT air port wanted to have there chicken sandwich, but line was so long that opted for eating on the road and ended up finding this location close to my mom's home. Business was very clean and food was served quickly and fresh. One thing I can say stands out above all else is how nice and good disposition the whole staff has. I assumed service would be the normal great service but this location doesn't even compare it gives very much Chic Fil A on wendover. The biscuit was hard but the actual service was terrible. They are too busy talking about Jada, Ebony and whoever had the ponytail down her back rolled her eyes after I asked about drinks. Should have read the reviews first. The drive-thru is horrible - even with double lanes. Whoever​ was taking orders on my "side", was not efficient & quick to read my order back ... I had an app order. Sitting in the line just to get to the menu - close to 10 minutes. Sitting in line to get the food is taking even longer - probably 10-15 minutes more. Then the young lady at the window was confused about if she had given me the correct coffee. She seemed super nervous. If these were all new employees, I would give them a pass. Fast service via mobile order this morning, which is more than appreciated being that the parking lot was fairly full. I'll never return to this location. The size of the container of my hash brown bowl is completely unacceptable. $4 for this tiny bowl is insane. The box of hash browns can hold more than this container. We all know Chick-fil-A is pretty much always on point. Personally never had a bad experience with them since I've lived here. They're always jammed packed during peak hours. But they always get your food right and as fast as they can! With a smile (even under those masks lol). This particular location at 2PM on a weekday was insanely busy! There were cars lined up in the street! I did the mobile order because of what I said in the beginning. They're always busy. Nothing bad to say. I went to Chick-fil-A this morning the Prosperity Church location in Charlotte NC. I ordered my food on the mobile app and was told it was ready. I arrived at the restaurant only to be ignored and have to wait but not to receive my food, nor a refund. This is happening far too often to me. I had to leave. I called once I got to work and the person who refused to give me their name, told me my food was ready, and I should come back to get it! This is the worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to. Drive thru backed up all the way to the entrance, inside filled with people waiting on orders. I placed my mobile order before I left my house and clicked here. And still had to wait another 15 minutes when I got there. No one told me they were out of sauce they just gave me my bag, had to go back in for sauce and then was told "oh yeah we're out". Well then mark it as out so you can't order it. And then my burrito is just a tossed about mess with two sides folded over. This place sucks. Do not go here. If I can give no stars, I would! The WORST Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. This is a BRAND new place in the area and they make Chick-fil-A look bad. Quality of the food is bad and the service is the slowest. We sit in the drive thru line for literally 15-20 minutes every time we go. I waited over 2 hours and 30 minutes for 4 trays of the 40 chick minis when the manager told me 45 minutes! We waited for the entire 45 minutes and then they told us it would be another 45 minutes! Are you kidding me?! This literally did it for me. I would NEVER come back to this location. I live literally down the road from this place but I rather drive another 15 minutes to Concord Mills to the other one. This location needs more training! Their staff is not trained properly. This is a fairly new location in the University area near Aldi and Harris Teeter. You can only enter the facility via a side street and must exit the same way. I anticipate this could be tricky when it is extremely busy. On my visit, it was a quiet Saturday afternoon and I had no issues getting in or out. Although they have two order windows, the cars still must sit and wait beyond the designated drive-thru driveway. Overall, Chick-fil-A is a chain restaurant. I wish there was an option for no stars! This is the ABSOLUTE worse Chick-fil-a I've ever visited! For starters I was told they were out of kids toys. I asked that they either give additional fries or give apple slices instead. I was told the only option was ice cream. Ice cream is not only super messy for a kid eating in the car, but it's 35 degrees outside. Being that Chick-fil-a prides themselves on customer service, I would think my request would easily be accommodated. To make matters worse, they completely forgot to add an item I ordered and put different sauces than I requested. I spoke with the manager and she offered no apology. I'm a big fan of Chick Fil-A, but this location is terrible! I went there with my toddler on Thursday, had a free sandwich reward and wanted to order more items. It took the girl 5 tries to get it right, and it still wasn't. I was very frustrated because my 2 year old kept trying to squirm down and run to the play place and she couldn't get a simple order of one grilled cool wrap, one kids meal, a cold brew and the free item right. They are in a prime location but if they don't get their act together they will start losing customers. read more

Customer service at this location is always top tier. And everytime I get food from this location it's hot and fresh probably due to how busy it can get here. Sometimes theirs a little bit of a wait but majority of the time inside and outside they get the line knocked out fairly quickly. The only thing that's a bummer is the sodas are always flat or taste watered down. And the sweet tea sometimes is so water down it's almost a tan color instead of brown. read more

My second and last terrible experience at this location. For my first experience I sat in the drive-thru for half an hour. When I finally made it up to the window, my food wasn't ready. They asked me to pull to the front and told me they would bring my food to me. After waiting an additional ten minutes I went inside feeling extremely frustrated. The manager apologized profusely and offered me three free meal cards, so I decided I would give them another chance seeing that this is a new location. I have now been sitting in the drive-thru for an hour (not an exaggeration) with the intention of ordering breakfast, which they tell me they are no longer serving. They tell me they are severely understaffed today (a Saturday!!!). Because of the layout of the drive-thru there is no way of getting out once a car has pulled in behind you. Not sure who the owner/manager of this location is, but in my opinion, they should not be in that role any longer. This is not the Chick-Fil-A experience. As I pulled to the window I asked for my receipt, the lady did not want to give me my receipt. Lied by saying it was in the bag knowing it wasn't. They gave me 2 sauces for two meals.
