I stopped here for the first and last time for breakfast. As I was walking in I saw a sign for the 2 for $5 breakfast items. The first lady I saw completely ignored me, walked in front of me two times and didn't say a word. Finally another lady who was really into her paperwork came up and took my order. I asked about a senior discount and she had no clue what I was talking about. The specials were a sausage biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese English muffin. I asked for one of each. I got a sausage biscuit and an egg and cheese biscuit, no sausage in the second one. I combined them into one biscuit. I had planned to eat one and save the other for later. Oh well..... Simple order, small Dr. Pepper, small Diet Coke, medium Sprite, 3 small fries. I get to the window and she confirms order starting with medium fries. I immediately say no medium fries. I repeated the order and she repeated it back to me -wrong again. I again repeated order, very slowly, we ended up with 3 small drinks, 3 small fries and a medium fry. This used to be the "good" Wendy's until the past year, but no longer. No one speaks English, they can't get the order right, they don't open the store on time and the product quality has taken a nosedive. The last two times we've ordered chili it's been straight soup with no beans or beef. Cross this one off the list. read more

Drive-thru service was fast and friendly. Mister ordered a sandwich without onions but ended up picking them off. My grilled chicken avocado salad was quite tasty. The avocado was mashed liked guac instead of sliced but overall it was a tasty meal. Not bad for a quick meal when you're in a rush. read more

I don't often eat at fast food places and I can't really discuss the quality of the food. (I had a baked potato. It's hard to mess up a baked potato.) But I can say that while I was there I saw many customers being greeted by name by the young lady at the counter. She also asked the customers, many of whom were elderly, if they would like a cup of water while they were waiting for their food. So kind! While I agree that the decor is in desperate need of a facelift (same assessment was given in a hilarious review written FOUR YEARS AGO), the hospitality more than makes up for the sad carpeting. Although, if you go there, don't expect to see that same person working the counter as she has probably been elevated to district manager by now. read more

It was The Apple pecan salad that had chicken in it that was so hard. It was the worst service I ever had in a Wendy's. It hurt my tooth when I bit into it. They didn't even give me a receipt for my food. When I complained about the chicken, nobody spoke English, and they didn't understand. This Wendy's needs a hug from corporate. Staff is super friendly and food is Wendy's quality, so it's not that, but the interior is just as bad as the exterior. You know how when you're 20 something you can lounge around in sweats and a t-shirt and look all cute, then fast forward a bunch of years and you're in the same sweatpants and t-shirt but this time you're covered in baby spit-up and haven't showered in a few days and you're on the verge of tears? I relate the look of this interior to that. It's just depressing once you walk in. Everything is dated and worn and beige. Lots and lots of beige. It's not warm and welcoming, and really makes me just want to use the drive thru and keep on going. Chick-fil-a and McDonalds all over the place are getting a facelift. I just had my new daily breakfast sandwich. Christie cooked me up a delicious bacon egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin. It was amazingly good. One night I ordered 2 dollar chickens and a water knowing I was low on pay this week. After receiving my fresh order I check my bank account in the parking lot and I didn't have enough for the order. Not a word was said and I believe someone working there waived my fee that night. I will go out of my way to come to this store. They have the freshest food and the friendliness staff. Worst Wendy's ever. My daughter dances next door, so we frequently go here because we are in a hurry. Most of the staff is completely underwhelming in personality and could care less. I have ordered items from the menu multiple times only to be told that they don't carry that. I received overly dry spicy nuggets that were lacking chicken (the top nugget had a bite taken out--notice the inside)! I waited for the rest of my order (a Gouda bacon cheeseburger, which my husband enjoyed) at the drive thru, and they seemed confused as to why I was still there. I recently went into this Wendy's to order two hamburgers and a drink. I waited 25 minutes in line, and there were several people in front of me. The employees were having difficulty with the registers and things weren't ringing up correctly. They seemed understaffed the day I went and the food was far from "fast food." One of the ladies in front of me brought her fries back because she said they were cold and wanted new ones. Sadly, even though I was craving their hamburger, I took my money and went down the street to Burger King. This place really needs help. read more
