Then she said her burger had more of a kick to it than she expected and I complained that my burger was kind of mild tasting -- then we realized what had happened. Our server and the manager made this right, quickly, and we had a very nice meal out. I remember our server also offered us to-go cups which seemed thoughtful and also kind of gluttonous but we enjoyed our beverages on the way home. Since that first experience, we visited another Red Robin and had a not-good experience. We revisited the one in Carlisle this evening and were pleased with everything: we were sat quickly, our beverages were good, and our food came out reasonably quickly. Our fries were a might too seasoned but we got an extra order of unseasoned and they were great. The store is close to us and different than other restaurants we usually visit so I'm sure we'll be headed back in the future.
