Have only been here twice. First time got nothing but attitude. Decided to try again door says open at 9 and they didn't open the door for us until about 9:10. As soon as we get inside we stood at the counter for no less than ten minutes before anybody acknowledged we were standing there, when we can see five or so people walking back and forth intentionally ignoring us. All together this trip has taken us thirty minutes and we are STILL waiting on our order. Needless to say most likely will not return. Management really needs to work on their staff. read more

Got my order wrong (only 8 nuggets in the 10 count and gave me one of the wrong sauce when I requested 4 multiple times) and horrible for drive through, this is my third time here and each time it takes about 5-10+ minutes per car to even order. Went inside to see If the service would be better this time. Nope, not at all, worse actually. I ordered, took 25 mins. I understood because I knew they were busy. I finally get my order and my hamburger is not right, so I asked politely if they could fix it. The cook rolled her eyes at me and slammed my new hamburger on the counter. I get it, people have bad days, but I wasn't the only one coming back because my food was messed up. My daughter wanted a strawberry lemonade, they forgot the strawberry. I had a chocolate frosty, they forgot that too. Another person and I asked if they could fix the soda because the carbonation was out. They did nothing about that. I asked if I could change my drink, they said no. I'm just honestly done with this location. No more chances for them from me at least. read more

Horrible service. Very rude woman working the counter. Handling food without gloves. Sticking her hands in the fry and chicken tender containers touching the food while trying to bag it. I came back from a dentist appointment over 1 hour or so and i was offered Wendy's as it was a long drive home, I agreed and had a burger but the patties were PERFECT. They were soft and perfectly made(fresh) and I didn't have to bite to hard on the things on the burger to make my teeth hurt and in all reality it made them feel a bit better. read more

This is the third time my husband and I have stopped at this Wendy's drive thru on the way to California, and let me tell you...I'm not one to review much, especially fast food, but their burgers, fries and chicken nuggets are soooooo good every time we have been here. I live in Scottsdale and have tried a few Wendy's hoping they have gotten better again, but nope. Nothing compares to this specific Wendy's. I literally crave it but it's disappointing eating at other Wendy's. We are going to stop by again on our way back. Just waited a good 15 minutes in a drive-thru and 10 of those minutes were behind the car that was at the speaker. When we decided to leave, they hadn't even begun to take their order. They would never get my order right and their customer service is horrible! The last time I went there was through the drive through, I was buying food for my four kids plus my two nefews. I've never experienced any like this before. This is my second time here and the drive thru introduction is immediately "give me a minute."Both times I'm waiting for 10 minutes just to place my order. First time the service was so slow that 7 cars left the line. Once I got to the window I was informed they didn't have the materials to make the honey biscuit chicken sandwich and it was no longer breakfast. I explained I had been waiting in the line for 30-35 minutes so I would have made breakfast if the service wasn't so slow. The young lady apologized and ask if there was anything else I'd like. Wow! Here I am this morning waiting again after being told "give me a minute!" I wait patiently only to be told after 12 minutes "we don't have chicken!" Well wouldn't it be customary to maybe put up a sign or something so patrons wouldn't sit waiting for extended periods of time only to be told "we don't have the materials to meet your request or we don't have chicken to complete your order?" Normally when I frequent this location, the service leaves something to be desired. However, today, I was very pleased. Jermarion, the cashier, made sure my order was correct with a smile. He even made sure my name was spelled correctly . This is a small insignificant detail, but it shows good customer service as well as adds a personal touch. The manager was on top her staff as well. Had a pleasant experience here the first time I went, so gave it another try after my 2nd visit was horrible. The third experience was just worse. The girl was extremely rude, I asked for a ranch at the window and she proceeded to moan out an OK, rolled her eyes, and heavily sighed as she closed the window. They were also all out of green tea and asked that I wait 5 minutes as they brewed a new batch. 5 minutes turned into 20. Went thur drive thur today. Service was fast and friendly. Window cashier was very nice. It was nice to be greeted with a smile during lunch rush. I have gone here a few times since moving to Buckeye and have been unimpressed each time. This last time was the last time I will go here. About 2 weeks ago my wife and I went inside to place an order for our entire family. What a disaster. The menu board and the signage in the lobby were showing different prices for frosty's and when we pointed that out the cashier, who I believe was the manager, said "Yeah we need to get new numbers for out there" This was a .30 cent difference on 4 frosty's. The staff was extremely slow in their attitude and urgency to take care of the customers. Finally all of our food was made and we took our bags and drove home. Every single sandwich was made wrong. 5 Cheeseburgers with no cheese or ketchup on them. I double cheese made the same way. 2 fish sandwiches plain just fish and bun.....these were made with everything on them. When I called to let them know....whomever answered the phone told me to call corporate and hung up. Really? It has been 2 weeks and corporate is blowing off all of my calls and has not responded to a single e-mail. Wendy's as a corporation has officially lost my business as well. I have eaten at Wendy's locations that were decent. This one is a major beware. Heed the rest of the reviews and stay away. Trust us. read more
