Keep on keeping on!! Food was low standards even for fast food. I asked for extra ketchup and the packages were gross and stuck together. Restaurant was dirty as a whole and the restroom was one dirty disgusting urinal. Two of the employees were pickering (loudly) with one another because one felt she was doing more than anyone else. They were so distracting that the person behind the counter never uttered one word to us other than our total. He never even made eye contact. Pathetic. If fast food establishments want to pay their employees more ($10 - $15 per hour) and increase their prices then maybe as consumers we should start demanding more and close down the ones that don't perform. My son loved the burger! He said it was the best burger he had ever had, which is a little crazy since he's had some darn good burgers, but hey, those are his taste buds and he owns them. The fries tasted a little bland to me. But let's get back to the burger. When we were back on the road, I looked at the receipt and saw it was $4.19 for a cheeseburger. This seems crazy to me for a fast food joint. Since I was driving, I couldn't look it up, so I dialed the number on the receipt. The manager answered and I said, "Hi. How much is a cheeseburger?" So I'm going to try to help this Wendy's with their Yelp review. Unbeknownst to me, my better half stopped here on our way back to the Carolinas from Delray Beach. Imagine my horror when I checked-out their rating after ordering... The Good -- dining area was clean -- restaurant looked newly renovated -- only one other family there The Bad -- ALL staff including manager were CLUELESS Here's why. The cashier kept putting in orders we hadn't ordered. I say burger, he pushed chicken. We literally stayed up to the register for at least 20 mins while his co-worker kept coming back and forth to push the right meal. We essentially placed our order twice or more because we had to relay it to others each time. The manager couldn't (or wouldn't) assist because although he was a few steps away he was in the throes of making sandwiches. I watched the manager scoop pickles off sandwiches because he "forgot the sandwich didn't come with pickles...he looked so confused I wanted to just let him off the hook and cancel the order. But my brood was starving so we waited it out. The food took forever. The sandwiches had cold cheese on them (we tossed it) however the fries were hot (good job). I love Wendy's burgers but the establishment has gotten so bad that they need to close the doors. The manager on night shift stomps around behind the counter like he is some bad dude and The employees are scared of him because of this big mouth. If you will get you a new manager on nights then this establishment may turn around but until he is gone them you will have bad service. Managers are in the position to lead people not push them around. The service is terrible and the employees do not want to work. Please turn this store around it used to be pretty good. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I'm had in years. The drive through took forever!!! Probably 25 minutes and there were only 3 or 4 cars ahead of us. When we finally got to the pickup window they kept screwing up our order. I understand that highways traveling north from Florida on the Saturday after spring break are packed with travelers, and those travelers tend to overcrowd the fast food places on the route; but that does not excuse the terrible service at this Wendy's. We watched as an employee made a strangling hand motion towards a customer when the customer politely asked for the correct size of drink, since the employee had given her the wrong size originally. We were given salad without dressing, chicken nuggets without sauces, to-go orders without silverware or napkins, and we were treated with a rude attitude. I understand that the employees were frustrated and overwhelmed by the constant stream of customers, but that's not the fault of the customers. Fast food places off of I-95 at lunch time are bound to be packed on every big travel day, and you would think that corporate or local managers would figure that out and staff their restaurants accordingly. read more

So I read the negative reviews but we we're coming home from Savannah and were craving Wendy's. There was one car in front of us in the drive-thru and our food took a few minutes but I figured they were waiting for fries, which they were bc they were grossly undercooked with no salt! We had to ask for straws too which isn't a huge deal but I used to work in the drive thru as a teenager. It's one of the first things you know have to put in the bag. Ok so now to the burger. I opened it right away to taste and it wasn't hot at all! At all! So I know it was sitting on the grill to the right waiting for someone to get it before they had to throw it away. My Boyfriend said the onions were fresh and the coke was fantastic. Those are the only nice things we can say. Come on guys, it's fast food, it's not rocket science but you can still do it right. The nicest fast food place I think I've ever been in. They even have a faux fireplace with some soft seats to sit around it. The food was good, the place and their restrooms were very clean. The manager even came around to ask us how our food was. If I lived near here, I would certainly be coming back often. read more

I've been to many fast food restaurants and this was probably one of my worst experiences. The staff working were rude to myself and other customers. When they were asked for condiments since their self serve station was out they rolled their eyes and made it seem like we were asking for them to perform a miracle. Our to go order was prepared as a dine in, which is not a huge deal but when we asked for a to-go bag the staff snatched a bag and shoved our food into it, spilling nuggets and fries everywhere. I understand working in a fast food chain probably isn't the greatest but at least treat your customers well, not like they are a burden to your existence. Also god help you if Mariah is working, she has a vacant stare as if she didn't see you so getting help from her is about as easy as asking a rock for some ketchup. read more

I almost turned away from going to this Wendy's after reading the other reviews. However, my families' experience was perfect. There wasn't a long wait for our food. They got our unique order correct the first time. They even took care to heat up the chicken and bacon in my salad. The chili was good and everything was as we had hoped. Wife ate a grilled chicken sandwich from there and suffered from food poisoning that night and the following day. The staff was very unprofessional and unorthodox, management, that is if there was any, had no control of the situation. No GMP standards were beings practiced such as hair coverings and cooks wore earbuds. This will certainly be our last visit to Wendy's. read more

Avoid this Wendy's if possible. This location was recently remodeled. I was a regular visitor before, but since the remodel, I have not visited it until the last few weeks. The food is generally up to the quality one expects at Wendy's, but the service here is abysmal. On my last visit, I was the only person placing an order inside and there were few cars at the drive through. It took them nearly 15 minutes to get my food, which was a double cheese sans mayo, a large chili, a large fry and small Frosty. While I was waiting, several people came into the dining area to place orders. They waited almost 10 minutes before having the first order taken, and several people were waiting to place orders as I left. read more
