You would think after so many years, this location would have improved somewhat but they haven't. Been here a few times as it's closest to my home and each time, I regret coming here. They either get the order wrong, give me something under cooked lunch or spoiled or forget what the order comes with. In 1 instance when I ordered kids meals for my children, they gave me a used milk (almost halfway finished) and an empty juice box. I am not even exaggerating. I dont know why I keep giving this place chances. Sometimes this location takes too long to get you your food. Today was no different. Was at the take out lane waiting forever. 5 vehicles ahead of me and no movement for quite some time. After many minutes, I went inside instead. There was 1 young lady working the register who didnt acknowledge the patron in front of me waiting or myself. After a few minutes she turns to the supervisor or manager and says "i need you to change the menu's" and just like that despite waiting to order breakfast. This is the 3rd time I've come to this location and they've done something strange with my bill and/or order. We ordered, the lady entered something different on the screen and had an attitude when we inquired. Then when we got to the window they tried to deny the coupons directly from the app, charging whatever the wanted. Food comes out.... we got cold fries and microwaved chicken sandwiches. The quality of this Wendy's has dramatically declined. They are understaffed. They have practically been a (fast food) institution in this neighborhood. They outlasted the old KFC where the McDonald's currently stands. They know they have seniority and familiarity with the neighborhood locals. Do they care that the customers are unhappy? No. It's always a wait when I go here. I should not have to wait 20 minutes for some fries and nuggets. It will not matter if I order via the app or in person. It's always a wait. And the other customers are angry and hungry too. Random story time. There was one weekend where they were giving out free breakfast sandwiches. I called ahead to make sure they were open. They were. No problem. I walk over and they said their main dining area isn't open so I have to go through the drive through. On foot. (Insert eye roll). It was a weekend thing, so I had to go the following day. I wasn't as foolish this time around. I drive over and show up around 9:30AM. It took a while to get me my food. The manager comes up to the window where they are supposed to give me my food and says that I can't get the food because I already got free breakfast sandwiches that day. There aren't that many Asians in this neighborhood. I told them they confused me with some other Asian. I got my food but no apology. It has happened to me multiple times and when my driver asked the girls name who gave away my food, she hung up the phone. Then when I called the location, I West Indian women answered claiming to be the manager. I asked her name, and she refused as well letting me to further believe that this is what they do. If you feel like waiting for an excruciatingly long time for your order, for them to split it into two parts if you order a drink too, come to this Wendy's! Where you can wait up to 25+ minutes in line just to get your food, and then only to wait another atrociously long 20+ minutes for your order. On top of that the food is painfully mediocre, the fries can either be soggy or stale one way or another, the burger doesnt act like a burger at some times, and overall it wouldn't be worth the 20+ minute wait. To make things worse, the ambience of the place is unsettling, they appear to be understaffed, and very outdated menus are still used, eyesore for the blind. Not a good Wendy's to go to, but this is somewhere in East New York, where everything is terrible so, what do i expect? 3/5 stars. read more

This place is Crazy busy especially the drive throu causing long lines. They seem to be under staffed especially between the Hours of 4pm-7pm so rush hour basically. The max amount indoors is 4 people and they always have autos on the drive through..So if you have and auto and dont mind a 15 minute to 20 min wait then enjoy your drive through order at this place. Its on my way to work and Always see the people outside IN LINE, the drive though is FULL of cars out into the parking lot. I just go to the other Wendys on Atlantic or wait for my day from work. Obviously others should not expect luxurious restaurant service at a fast food joint but everytime I am here the service is a breeze compared to other fast food locations and the food is always the same quality. We love Wendy's and pretty much know what's on there menu. So I'm rating this one on quality, customer service and the actual place. Place: Nice size, has lots of tables. Drive thru. Not so clean! Looks like they don't have someone cleaning the tables enough. Tables are always greasy looking. Customer service: they are okay. I guess there trying to be fast. Not very friendly. Cant remember a time where they messed up my order. Manager gave us a problem with a coupon. We had used the same coupon at a long island location and had no problem. Manager fixed it, so I guess its okay, but would prefer not to have had the problem in the first place. Quality: food is not so fresh. Burgers are dry sometimes, like they were sitting out for a while. I try to stay away from lettuce and tomato at this location, as that is not so fresh either!
