The food is OK. I love the nuggets, so they can't really fuck up on the Nuggets and it looks like they cook it very well. So for the purposes of getting nuggets or a sandwich. We're good. They remodel and now are open. I stopped in rather than going to BK. After I ordered, the cashier did ask if I wanted the combo because I was going to take a sandwich only. That move prompted me to dine in rather than eating and driving. Good move! The cashier asked if that completed my order and she asked for my name for my order. I was very impressed and I told her that they are new and improved. She just smiled. The customer service skills she provided was exceptional and she did show customer concern for my needs. I came today to try the new SpongeBob burger. Upon entering there were about 15 people bundled by the counter. There was no clear indication of who was on what line. I asked a few people and they were mostly drivers picking up orders. After about 15 minutes I finally got to place my order. There was 1 person at the counter taking orders, serving drinks for pickups and barely keeping it together. I placed my order and went to sit. After about 30 minutes my name was called. Again, a lot of people crowded at the front, you had to wade through to get your food. I approached the manager on shift to ask if he can direct the pickup drivers to wait on one side of the counter so folks and Oder and pickup their dine-in orders in a somewhat normal fashion. His reply was "there is nothing I can do". I told him he should do better as this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I stole him I would not come back for this reason. Very unorganized, the workers seems overwhelmed, and the soda machine only had seltzer. The service here is terrible. If you are ok with sub-par service, long wait and a manager that does not value customers, feel free to come here, my recommendation though is to find another Wendy's. read more

I happen to love Wendy's. These are one of the best fast food burgers around. I always get the Dave's double cheeseburger and it always hits the spot. I also always get the cheesy baked potato which seems a lot healthier than French fries . I highly recommend Wendy's. Their chicken nuggets and ice cream are also winners !! read more

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered the grilled wrap which used to be a favorite if mines. Was charged nearly $8 and you see the picture. Barely half a grilled chicken filet, dry, wilted lettuce. Charged extra for cheese fries and it's barely a small fry. Total order was around $40 and certainly not worth the price. read more

This Wendy's is has horrible customer service. The workers are extremely rude and no help to Uber eats workers as well as racist in my opinion. Being a hospitality student, I cannot believe the wait time for the establishment. i was in the drive dru for about 40-50 minutes with cars constantly trying to skip others customers in front of me. This is ridiculous, I worked at a college where I served 800+ students a day, so saying that this location is busy is an understatement. This staff needs to be more organized, and learn how to have more food prepared. If they are aware that its starts getting crowded after a specific time, they need to prepare for that rush. Honestly, who owns that franchise needs to sell it to someone who can run one. Dont always blame the employees, yes they are a part of this but this problems seems more than just the employees. I recently bought a spicy chicken sandwich and it had one slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce. For a $6 sandwich, they could've given more than that. Wow. Wendy's is my top fast food chain yet this location sucks. The drive through is sooo mega slow, seriously expect to wait about 10-20 minutes waiting. Unfortunately this is my closest location so i only come when i have 30 extra minutes that i want to completely waste. If you rather not do drive through and go inside it is still the same, super slow. The food overall is good and they have rarely gotten my order wrong.
