This location is so disorganized! The people working behind the counter are so lost the manager has to direct them on how to do anything. Ordered a $4 bag yet it took 20 minutes to come out?! If you want quick food this is not the spot to go. read more

The food is OK. I love the nuggets, so they can't really fuck up on the Nuggets and it looks like they cook it very well. So for the purposes of getting nuggets or a sandwich. We're good. Their customer service could be better. I asked for a large cup of ice and the girl did not it on the order. when I told them I asked them for it she was like "no. We can't give it to you." But it's not my fault that you're drive-through representative did not listen. I usually don't go inside, because inside is never usually clean, so that's that. read more

Wendy's - The small chili that I got even though it was not full. - Fast Food Near Me - Bronx, New York

This Wendy's is horrible. Every time I order food through Doordash, the foods takes damn near an hour to be prelated. Then when select a sauce they never give the correct sauce. Sweet and Sour is hands down the best sauce and now that's it back I ordered it. What did I get in my cold food bag? Nasty sweet chili. Nowhere did i select on the app I wanted that and Im pissed. read more

The morning shift food be great, but the night shift noooooo nooooooo they sandwiches b dry!!! Why is that????

Terrible wait time! Over 30 minutes for a single burger, and had the nerve to be cold, nasty work. Stay away if you can

They remodel and now are open. I stopped in rather than going to BK. After I ordered, the cashier did ask if I wanted the combo because I was going to take a sandwich only. That move prompted me to dine in rather than eating and driving. Good move! The cashier asked if that completed my order and she asked for my name for my order. I was very impressed and I told her that they are new and improved. She just smiled. The customer service skills she provided was exceptional and she did show customer concern for my needs. The dining area was very attractive but itn0 was filthy. One person came to clean it but he just took one piece of trash off the table and emptied one garbage. Unacceptable! read more

I came today to try the new SpongeBob burger. Upon entering there were about 15 people bundled by the counter. There was no clear indication of who was on what line. I asked a few people and they were mostly drivers picking up orders. After about 15 minutes I finally got to place my order. There was 1 person at the counter taking orders, serving drinks for pickups and barely keeping it together. I placed my order and went to sit. After about 30 minutes my name was called. Again, a lot of people crowded at the front, you had to wade through to get your food. I approached the manager on shift to ask if he can direct the pickup drivers to wait on one side of the counter so folks and Oder and pickup their dine-in orders in a somewhat normal fashion. His reply was "there is nothing I can do". I told him he should do better as this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I stole him I would not come back for this reason. Very unorganized, the workers seems overwhelmed, and the soda machine only had seltzer. The service here is terrible. If you are ok with sub-par service, long wait and a manager that does not value customers, feel free to come here, my recommendation though is to find another Wendy's. read more

These reviews are a bit shocking becauae my experiences here have been good. [Unlike the one near 233rd]. The drive thru was full for the early lunch rush and we got thru in good time. Our food was still hot and the cashier was pleasant. Of the 2 Wendy's, on Boston Rd, this location is the best. read more

Wendy's - BIGGIE BAG - Fast Food Near Me - Bronx, New York

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered the grilled wrap which used to be a favorite if mines. Was charged nearly $8 and you see the picture. Barely half a grilled chicken filet, dry, wilted lettuce. Charged extra for cheese fries and it's barely a small fry. Total order was around $40 and certainly not worth the price. read more

See all

I happen to love Wendy's. These are one of the best fast food burgers around. I always get the Dave's double cheeseburger and it always hits the spot. I also always get the cheesy baked potato which seems a lot healthier than French fries . I highly recommend Wendy's. Their chicken nuggets and ice cream are also winners !! read more

The food was ok, the service was horrible the person taking our order was mumbling couldn't understand a word she said OMG, please train properly, if you are going to deal with the public. It was early lunch so not much traffic. read more

Don't know what's in Wendy's that makes the drive thru lines wrap around the corner...but all I wanted was some large fries and a lemonade. This was the 2nd Wendy's I had to drive to where the drive thru line wasn't too bad. Got my things...on the road again. read more

Waiting on line for over an hour is the most outrageous thing ever. The service is terrible and you can't even hear the person speak through the drive-thru. Management should learn to minimize the wait time especially when it's 11 pm, there's no way a fast-food restaurant is that slow. Be well! read more

Awful experience. Waited for more than 30 min only to get to the register to overhear them say the card reader was not working and the manager say " I don't feel like moving the other one over because it will take 30-45 minutes. " no announcements were made to the many people standing on the line. Must also mention NO AC! Kids were about to faint. Left and headed to Mickey D! read more

Extremely rude they messed up my order I had to turn back around they don't even say sorry they're like oh you didn't put this on that and shut the window on me they had me the order back maybe 10 minutes later I get in my car and I supposed to get on the highway it's a cold ass burger and some hard on your rings the bourbon burger is not a cheap burger it's like eight dollars each I callback the manager is not even like apologetic or anything even the guy behind me got the wrong water very nasty selling you cold ass hard food if you don't wanna work at your job then don't work at your job read more

Staff was unprofessional and ghetto. They completely messed up the order. The girl in the drive thru window was rude and could not get my order right at all. Food didn't taste the best and I love wendys but this location definitely disappointed me. I won't be back just because of the staff alone. Only come if you like ghetto people taking your order read more

They're extremely slow inside or drive thru. You get your order wrong and no chocolate frosty even though you confirmed it on the screen. You can barely hear the person through the voicebox. I ordered a big bacon classic and got a plain burger. Never going here again. read more

Slowest service ever. They need to fire everyone working there as of April 2023 and hire people who are motivated. Don't give me the "it's minimum wage costumer service job" excuse. Complete wack. read more

I'm giving the place only 1 star because of the nice gentleman at the window. Other than that, the manager was very rude and had a bad attitude. I worked in hospitality for years so I understand the frustration when it gets super busy and hectic but it's very unprofessional to be rude to your customers especially as a manager. The drive thru was packed and we waiting about 35 minutes just to order. Our food was warm not even hot as it was expected to be which is absurd due to the long wait time. I will not be returning to this Wendy's. read more

Rude, Rude. Rude. Talk too fast . Don't listen to what the customer wants. Cut you off in mid sentence. Speak over you. The collector at the window told me that they fired the person on the PA system 1 minute ago which makes me feel that it was intentionally done. I've been coming to this place for over 22 years and it gets worst and worst. I love Wendy's food but the customer service here is the worst on the East Coast. Not worth getting off of Interstate 95 for. read more

What makes the restaurant is the people that work there. As it was mentioned on a previous. Comment the person at the window just says Wendy's no hello thank u for coming how do u get a cold hamburger when it's dinner time . As mentioned in a previous comment if the manager is rude the staff is gonna be rude it's horrible the Wendy's out of the Bronx are much better I Giving this place one star cuz I have to give them a star very sad ... read more

This Wendy's is has horrible customer service. The workers are extremely rude and no help to Uber eats workers as well as racist in my opinion. After 10 PM Uber drivers need to do the same line as regular customers through the drive-through just to get to the window then to tell you they don't have the order and force you to cancel your order. read more

Being a hospitality student, I cannot believe the wait time for the establishment. i was in the drive dru for about 40-50 minutes with cars constantly trying to skip others customers in front of me. This is ridiculous, I worked at a college where I served 800+ students a day, so saying that this location is busy is an understatement. This staff needs to be more organized, and learn how to have more food prepared. If they are aware that its starts getting crowded after a specific time, they need to prepare for that rush. Honestly, who owns that franchise needs to sell it to someone who can run one. Dont always blame the employees, yes they are a part of this but this problems seems more than just the employees. This is the work of someone whose never been to school for business but decided to buy a franchise. read more

This is by far the worst service out of any fast food place I've been to! I've been here a few times and given the benefit of the doubt that It was just an off day. Each time I go the wait gets longer. read more

SLOWEST service ever. Expect to wait at least 10-15 mins in drive through. I've Been here multiple times, same thing everything.

If you're coming to this location between the hours of 11am and 11pm to go through the drive thru...find a good album, put your car in park, and kick your feet up. It's gonna be a while. read more

I LOVE wendy's more than any other fast food joint in the world, but this particular location irks my nerves at times... The service is SLOW... It seems like they have just ONE person doing EVERYTHING... The food is fine, just the time it takes to receive it is anything but FAST... They did renovate the place, so now it looks a lot better than before, hopefully they can renovate the staff to serve faster... read more

Wendy's - Late night menu - Fast Food Near Me - Bronx, New York

I was very disappointed, the burgers tasted funny and my fries were old and cold,I wish I could get my money back.

i will not be picky when it comes to eating 5 star quality of food during this time but pulling up to the thru drive at wendys i will lower my standards for now. i checked the menu board scanning it all and spicy chicken sandwich and frosty will do and my temp room mate (dog) will get a triple wendys after i remove the buns for him. on any regular weekend this wendys via the drive thru and sit in is packed but during coronavirus time its a ghost town . love the frosty and now its time to hit the road . read more

I recently bought a spicy chicken sandwich and it had one slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce. For a $6 sandwich, they could've given more than that. I'm very disappointed because they have been messing up my orders the last 2 times I visited this store. They used to be my favorite location. Maybe they need to retrain the people who makes the sandwiches. read more

Such slow service. I avoid this Wendy's as much as possible. it's always packed and the Drive-Thru takes forever. It's disappointing since Wendy's is the best but this location makes it aggravating. I suggest staying far away. read more

Wait times to get your order taken and receive your food are faster than the one near 222nd Street. But, this Wendy's has one major flaw: WHY IS THE LADIES' ROOM NEVER OPEN? Ughhh, I'm so sick of trying to play ninja in the men's room. Also, the door is really heavy and located in a weird spot that is far away from the bus stop D: No me gusta. read more

Wish Yelp had a rating lower than a Zero. This Wendy's is the slowest place I ever been to! Watching grass grow would be faster. Don't expect to be greeted when you get to the drive thru order box. You'll just wait until they are ready to take your order, they won't acknowledge you. Once you are acknowledged, expect the order taker to just say "Wendy's?" I guess he's not sure where he is. Drove up to the pick up window and the order was fulfilled quickly. No thank you's or you're welcomes exchanged. Food is good. Service sucks. read more

Wow. Wendy's is my top fast food chain yet this location sucks. The drive through is sooo mega slow, seriously expect to wait about 10-20 minutes waiting. Unfortunately this is my closest location so i only come when i have 30 extra minutes that i want to completely waste. If you rather not do drive through and go inside it is still the same, super slow. The food overall is good and they have rarely gotten my order wrong. The staff are either really nice or truly don't care about anything. Overall 2/5 for drive through speed and inside speed & 4/5 for the taste of food. read more
