Potentially the worst Wendy's I've ever had food from. We stopped on a road trip to get food before we checked into our hotel. The food was cold. The hamburger buns were cold. The fries were cold. The only thing I actually consumed was the chocolate frosty that honestly I don't actually trust to be sanitized up to standards that humans could actually enjoy. The rest was thrown away. $30 down the drain. The only thing lit about this restaurant was probably the drug tolerance level of the people working the drive-through window. This Wendy's should be closed down almost immediately. read more

Cheese on Baconator was not melted fully melted. There was only one piece of bacon on my burger and the patties were super undercooked. Barely any sauce or condiments on my Baconator. The fries were soggy and over salted. However the Frosty was alright. read more

I'm assuming a manager is who came to the windows with her snide attitude. Went through drive through to get my purchase I did through mobile. It said to give your mobile name which I did.then there like we have several with those initials. I then explained that's my name I've got no last name in the ordering app. She then proceeded to not only show me the receipt but also be snooty saying it's this name. I don't think you need to be a "bitch" about a order there is no way there was that many orders with one item that you couldn't just say I'm sorry what did you order? The other young lady was very nice when handing me my order but the other women needs a talking to if your going to work in any place where you have to deal with public don't be a ass. read more

This Wendy's was absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down. The workers were nice enough. But that was the only positive. We stopped by on a road trip, walked inside, and it was warm and stuffy. We ordered and it was clear the food had been sitting for hours since the morning. Nothing was fresh. Hair in the nuggets. Soda machines were out of soda. Got some Cinnabon pull apart and they were sour... tasted like lemon. Needed to go to the bathroom so bad but walked in and the only urinal smelled of feces and was covered in a plastic trash bag. That left only the toilet. As I went into the stall I was surrounded by 100 flies. The stench was overwhelming. So far past anything remotely hygienic... I don't think it had been cleaned in a month. With so many flies in the restaurant I don't know how food services wouldn't be able to shut down that place. Wendy's is disgusting. read more

After a long day at work I went through the drive through at 11:30 PM Wednesday June 15th. There was no lines but they were open. I wanted to get some fries since my shift ended at 11 and they advertise they don't close until 1AM. I pulled up and a lady on the speaker said they would NOT serve me unless I had a web order or was a driver for a food delivery service. Like really I was working all day I didn't have time to go on their website at 11 and play that stupid game. There were 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing because it must be very busy at 11:30 PM with all those online orders especially cuz a lot of food delivery places close after 9 or 10. So don't waste your $5 a gallon gas to go out there they will just turn u away unless u have a web order. read more

I usually go through the drive thru, but today we decided to eat inside and get some frosties. When we first walked in.. it was filthy. That didn't bother me as much as standing in front of the register waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. No one ever did, and that is why I give the 1 star. Poor customer service does NOT deserve more than that. Nobody greeted me as nobody told me it might be a few minutes. After 5 minutes of standing there, I told my family we would go somewhere else. Dirty. Ugh . Only 3 of the tables were occupied and every other table was dirty. I was sticking to the floor all over the restaurant which I get maybe a spilled soda or several spills, but then when using the restroom the floor was all sticky in there too. The pop machines looked like they'd been wiped with a dirty rag. We ended up taking the food to go. The food was sub par and definitely a noticeable quantity difference than the last Wendy's we ate at in Pocatello, ID about half the weight. My youngest son complained he wanted to leave because it smelled bad. Would not recommend eating here. read more

Wendy's is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. Whenever I go to a Wendy's outside of Brigham City I would rate the food 8-9/10. It is delicious. However the Wendy's in Brigham City at the very best is 3/10. The Brigham city Wendy's is where other Wendy's send their expired food and their flavorless Dr Pepper. What you find in your order or in the bathroom toilets is indistinguishable. The hamburgers are flavorless and chewy, the fries are uncooked and unsalted, and the Dr Pepper has had a rotten taste to it every time I got it. I highly doubt the Brigham City Wendy's has had quality assurance do their job in 2 years. My favorite childhood restaurant is now not even top 5 of what's available in Brigham City. read more

Wendy's in Brigham City is great. Their food--exactly the same as every other Wendy's in the country. I rate the quality and taste of their food better than that place with the huge "M". In Brigham city, I rate Wendy's higher than most the other fast food chain joints because they have great service. Their drive through people don't usually have to ask a million times "can you repeat that" and when they make mistakes they rectify them quickly. If your a fan of Wendy's, this place is for you! If you're looking for quick food with good service, I'd stop here before McDonald's or Arby's , both of which seem to take forever if you're going through the drive thru. read more

The reviews for Brigham City Wendy's are pretty terrible, but I've had consistently great experiences here lately! They can be slow, if there is a line at all at the drive up then plan on it taking a while, BUT my food has tasted so freshly prepared lately. This is a nice new Wendy's, so I was surprised that the food quality was poor. The nuggets were terrible, and the fries were burnt, yet Luke warm. And I got sick after eating it that night. I can't for sure say what it was or if it was Wendy's, but it was the last thing I had eaten. Today they sent us home with 3 "Root beer's" my son brought his drink to me, and it was horrible!! NO ROOT BEER FLAVOR at all!!! It was complete carbonation! Terrible manager in Sunday 8/27/2017 at 8:45 P.M. I went for a Natural Lemonade only. Ordered, pulled up to the window, which was open. Watched the kid grab my cup and start to walk towards where ever the Natural Lemonade is. The Manager lady stopped him and told him to "Use that one". She pointed to the Minute Maid Lite. He countered with, "Why does the other one say Natural then?" She forced him to use the other one. All this happened right in front of me, I could hear everything. He wanted to give me what I paid for. He was forced to give me something else. I don't care if they were out of Natural Lemonade, the manager could have told me, or refunded me the difference for the Premium drink I ordered. I would have been okay with the Minute Maid. She cheated me, right in front of my face and didn't even care. read more

Let me start by saying I love Wendy's. Love it. But this location has disappointed me over and over again. I work close by, and have stopped on now 5 occasions, hoping my experience will be different. On two occasions, I've had to throw my food away because the nuggets tasted like they had been cooking for days, and my fries and were still partially frozen (multiple times). Tonight we stopped on our way out of town and my fries were so over cooked they snapped right in half, completely inedible and my chicken nuggets were extremely chewy. It makes me sad because I love Wendy's and would frequent this one, but they just can't seem to get it right! :( read more

FKA members, this is one of my favorite places to get a burger. The baconator is so good it is like heaven. When they give you the sandwich they sing angel songs. Now although it is the best burger is is a heart attack waiting to happen. The grease on this burger could fill up a large cup. Never eat this burger if you have a white shirt. I always thought those commercials were fake where they showed the perfect burger. Well mark it down Dec. 9, 2014 I Logan L. Have found this godly delicacy. Now don't get to eager where you eat it every day because guys you will get sick. Guys if you eat it to much the body fluids will flow like Niagara falls. Now let's get on to the frosty. Eat all of them you can eat. Those things are better than getting the girl of tour dreams man. If you like women you will love a nice frosty. Don't even get me started on the spicy chicken nuggets. Those things taste so good, but there is a negative. You better savor the moment you eat those spicy laxatives. Come the next 1 or 2 days you better be near a bathroom. I would recommend not attending school the next day or you will be very embarrassed. You will be known as the kid who pooped his pants. Make sure you also have an air freshener nearby to.
