Summary: - Slow service - Unsavvy employees - Older workforce Explanation: On our way home from Vegas to Salt Lake, we thought we'd stop for a quick lunch halfway. Turned out to be the longest lunch I've ever had at a Fast Food franchise. Ate my Baconator combo in a good 15 minutes, but spent about 35 minutes in line to order and get the food. The group working were an older group of 50 year olds, it seemed like (I'm not against an older workforce, but the generality of "older and slower" was definitely prevalent here). The biggest problem however: There were about 8 people working, but the cashier wouldn't stay at the register and take orders; she would take an order then walk around the back for a minute or two (not working I might add) then come back and take the next order. The girl assisting her seemed to have no idea what she was doing, because she was twiddling her thumbs and taking forever to put a lid on a drink. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day, but after reading the other reviews (one of which is my brother's I just found out), this seems to be a normal day for this Wendy's. Chances of me returning to this location are remote. They definitely don't put the 'fast' in 'Fast food.' read more

Spend your money somewhere else. I'm pretty sure they have no idea what the term customer service is. They don't acknowledge the customers at all. They would randomly yell to use the kiosks to order. After ordering they give you attitude about picking up your as they call your name or they add a snarky comment like "when you're ready your food will be here". Pretty standard Wendy's, with ok service and fairly clean facilities. The Double Stack was pretty good. The crispy chicken sandwich, not so much. Overall, an ok place to go, since there's not much around that location. read more

The reviews are true! This is by far the worst, most disgusting Wendy's I've ever been to. When we walked in we were told to use the kiosk to order. that was strange because there was six boys standing around, refusing to take orders. then as you are waiting for your food you look around and see that the whole dining areas covered in 6 inches of trash. Turns out they are completely out of baked potatoes and can't refund you, but... you can have a baconator, which of course we don't want. I went to use the bathroom only to realize that there is no toilet paper and neither toilet flushes and the lid on one tank is completely missing. The kicker is while we are waiting we hear The sweaty sloppy manager, telling his teenager boys to hurry up and clean up because the big boss was on his way to check out the store. Slightly better than average Wendy's - stop by if you like Wendy's food! We almost didn't stop because of the super low reviews, but it was modern, clean, the food tastes exactly like Wendy's food is supposed to, the staff was friendlier than the staff of your average Las Vegas Wendy's, and they got our order correct (including two special requests). Honestly couldn't request more from a fast food joint (4 stars because it is fast food after all) but I think the bad reviews are proof that no one writes a review of a fast food place on Yelp unless they had a bad Experence (even if it was a 1:100 exception). read more

I couldn't find a cheaper burger than the Jr cheeseburger for $1.29. It's so small that it's only worth $1. They were very fast though.

I live in Beaver and try to think they will get it right so I go back every 6 months or so. Well they don't. They always get things wrong and give me wrong food at a crazy price. Don't waste your time at this Wendy's. In general Wendy's are over priced and there food quality isn't very good. Drive into the middle of town and get a good burger at little drive inn. read more

Stopped by this place for lunch today. Walked in, the entire establishment was swarming with flies. Decided not to eat but needed to use the restroom. Opened the door to a dirty restroom with no toilet paper. Backed out slowly, left the place as soon as I could. Walked across the parking lot to the truck stop. Found clean, well stocked, restrooms and not one fly could be found. Will never stop at this Wendys again. read more

This is literally the worst fast food food restaurant I've had experience with. It's currently 9:20, they don't close till 10, and they have stopped taking orders... what manager is okay with this? Came to this location twice during my stay in Beaver and both times the customer service was terrible. Employees need to be attentive and act like they actually care about their job to a certain degree. When someone orders something, the employee should not respond with "um....okay?" And most definitely not have attitude when they forget to give you part of the order. I come in and order my usual from Wendy's which comprises of only the value menu. A few crispy chicken sandwiches, jr. burgers, and fries. This isn't the nicest Wendy's I've been to, but they are a solid food option. Awesome atmosphere. There was a guy in the back wearing a leather trench coat VEST and staring around all weird while we were eating. Then the manager came out holding a stack of trays. Then he stepped on a scale with the trays and without them to see how much the trays weighed. There was a lady with the gothic dude that recorded the weight for him and was following him around with a clipboard takin notes. Felt like I was in a David lynch movie! I'm lactose intolerant and asked for no cheese. When they put cheese on my burger I VERY kindly asked to get one without cheese because I literally couldn't eat it. Had a delightful Wendy's Baconator Burger at the Wendy's at Houston International airport recently. However, my only peeve was the extremely poor customer service from one of their female cashiers by the name of Stephanie. She was quite rude and disrespectful when it came to getting my name right for my order and seemed rather unconcerned about making my experience an enjoyable one. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We stopped on our way from St. George to Orem. Nobody was in line. We stood there for about 8 min. With nobody saying a word to us. Three employees were standing at the register including the woman in charge. She was upset about clock in times or something. There was also a tray of food ready for somebody sitting there getting cold for that whole 8 minutes. We finally turned and walked out. We ended up at McDonals on the other side of the freeway. Is it just me or has Wendy's completely gone downhill over the last 5 or so years. This place is no exception to the other Wendy's I've been to recently. They are slow, the front staff always seemed under trained or flustered and the food quality just isn't what it used to be. I use to love Frosty's but no more, they've changed. Either the ingredients or the machine that makes it has changed. There are always a swarm of flies in every (3) Wendy's I've been into which really isn't a good thing. Driving to SLC, we stopped at the Wendy's in Beaver, UT (exit 112 off I-15) for a quick snack. I ordered the Chicken Apple Pecan salad for $6.29. What a rip. It was 99.5% iceberg lettuce, which has no nutritional value and is the cheapest lettuce you can buy. I had to return to the counter once for the dressing and then again for the pecans. It'll be awhile before I stop at one of these restaurants again. Wonder what Dave would think about what's happening to his chain of eateries. Sad. read more
