However, there's one thing that holds them back from a full 5 stars, that thing my friends is the lack of seasoning on the meat itself. Both the chicken and the pork cutlets were underseasoned and a bit bland. The saving grace is the fantastic sauces and dressings which completely save the dish. These sauces are incredible! So, while I wish the meat was seasoned more during preparation, the overall proteins were still very enjoyable. The restaurant has only 7 small tables. Then we ordered the 10 wing + 5 drumstick combo and we asked for half/half sauce assuming half of the 15 pieces are one sauce and the second half is another sauce. First off, they charge you $2 for sauce, which is fine but tell me why they charged us $2 FOUR times. So $8 total for sauce bc they separated the 10 wings into 5 and 5 and put one sauce each and they charged $2 each for that. And then they separated the 5 drumsticks into 3 and 2 and put one sauce each and charged $2 each for that. So total for 10 wings & 5 drumsticks was around $44. I've literally been to every korean fried chicken place on northern blvd and never have they separated the chicken like that and charged the sauces that way. Like why are you charging us for sauce 4 times when it is one single order of chicken. Never coming back here. Its a legit rip off.
