Update: I went here in June (well A couple of times) this was the last time, the woman (manager?)lets just say she is out of her mind, if you have read my prior reviews, I always get my pup a hamburger, and I get a frosty, medium or large, this time I had ordered a large, I never order a small, thats like a tablespoon, but whatever. The women running the drive thru took the order wrong twice, so I corrected her, she apologized, I said np it happens, (she must have been new) I get to the window, (I had told her a plain burger no bun or anything that it was for my dog) I get the burger, no bun, but condiments are on it, I have never received a burger like this in all the time I have been coming here. So the manager grabs the container throws it in the barrel and yells loudly that she needs a plain burger because obviously someone doesn't know how to order a plain burger...I said Excuse me? Seriously? So I wait I get my sons order, my dogs burger, and she hands me a small frosty, now the frosty is the only thing that I ordered for myself after driving 2.5 hours, I said excuse me, but I ordered a large frosty, the old lady says, you're going to pay for it, I'm like ok, why would I not pay for it? I'm paying for my large frosty that I ordered, (maybe they are hurting for money, I am not, I pay for what I order,I am livid at this point) the manager says what's on the screen, the old lady says a small, that is what you got and thats all your getting, um what?? What a horrible person, she then tells everyone, that all the cars behind me are getting their orders free, crazyyyy ladyyyy. because of a large frosty? she called the cops on me, so here I am sitting here not even 2 min after she refused my frosty, calling the police on me, so I have no idea what I am supposed to do, this has never happened to me, so she comes out takes a picture of my license plate, I find the phone # to the local police, I call and ask the dispatch what I'm supposed to do, she says pull into a parking spot and wait there, that is what I did. I will never go back to the Wendy's again, the lady is a lunatic. The police came, one cop is like did you get what was on your receipt? Yea,they are useless bunch, at that point I didn't give a damn about the frosty, I was more in shock about the actions of this crazy woman and basically didn't know what I was supposed to do, like if I left would have that been bad? Idk, police are called can you leave? I thought you had to stay at that point. One officer was ok, he gave me his card. Avoid this wendy resturaunt at all cost unless you want your friends behind you to get a free meal, then reference the frosty lady. I have never seen a person go berserk like this, it was shocking and pretty scary. I have her picture, I took it when as she was taking my license plate. We door dashed Wendy's and we didn't get all of our order. I tried calling Wendy's right away and the phone just rang. No one ever answered the phone. Probably won't ever door dash here again. read more

Wendy's food can be pretty good but I'm so over my order being completely wrong everytime i go to the auburn wendy's.

We had zero problem ordering our food off the app. We ordered a family chili because we've always loved it. However, what we received was not chili. It was tomato soup with hard beans, nothing else. No meat, no flavor, just gross. When trying to call the store after we got home, their phone number was conveniently disconnected. We couldn't even eat it. This Wendy's is a complete disaster. Got there at 6:30, 7 cars in the drive-thru line-one person inside. There was a team of 8 working. I stood there for five minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Messy orders all over the counter, nobody has a "sense of urgency ". To top that off they only gave me half of the spicy nuggets I ordered the rest were original so by that I was deceived into thinking I had the right order. It's not "my" food; I'm a delivery guy in this. Wendy's you make me look bad by stealing from the person paying and deceiving me into thinking I got a correct order. while in the drive thru the lady taking our order sounded annoyed for us being there. service was horrible she didn't know how to work drive thru if you ask me. it took almost 10 mins for the people in front of us to get 2 things. took us also about 10 to get 3 things, she kept asking what we ordered again. read more

We waited 20 minutes to get our food. While our order was being taken, there were multiple voices in the mic including one literally burping and another cussing. This is the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Both touch screens had errors and there was not a designated person helping to take orders. A person would periodically switch from food prep to helping take orders. Obviously, it took a long time, possibly 20 minutes, to place an order. And it took another 13 minutes to get our order and the fries were cold. Then I made the mistake of going back to order a frosty since there was no one in line, and it took another 15 minutes. It was the end of the lunch "rush" and no one behind the counter was in a hurry. It's called fast food but this Wendy's in Auburn, Indiana IS NOT FAST. read more

Ordered three of the 4 for $4 deals. Could barely understand or hear the girl that took my order. She didn't ask how I wanted my burgers or what sauce I'd like for the nuggets. She handed me 1 cup for the 3 meals. When I asked for the other 2 cups she was rude and threw the cups on the counter like it was an inconvenience to her. While waiting for my food the same girl didn't care that she'd mixed up 2 orders for delivery. The drink machine was slow and barely working. Felt cold and very uninviting in the lobby. Drive thru took 30 mins. The food was cold and the "hot and crispy guaranteed" fries were cold and soggy.

The service here was pathetic. We went through the drive-thru and had an order for two. When we got there, we were not welcomed, instead waited and then was immediately asked what we wanted. We were not asked what sizes we wanted or what sauces we needed. We also asked for a Strawberry Sprite and we're told "We are out." So instead we asked for a Sprite, and the server said even more disrespectfully, "We are out!" We finally got to the window and were handed our bags. They did not greet us there or tell us to enjoy our day. The food was fair quality, but the fries and burgers were cold and the sweet tea ordered was not sweet. We also never received a receipt or were asked if we wanted one. I would not recommend going out of your way to eat here. read more

I was at this store on Sat, 5/29 at 12:00p. The drive up line was ridiculous, but I understand its a holiday weekend. The bigger problem was the girl taking orders and manning the window. She had a terrible attitude, and was wearing her mask on her chin, not covering her nose and half her mouth. She did not want to be there and made no secret about it. I visited the Wendy's in Auburn, Indiana last night, 6-8-2018. The male employee working the drive thru window was getting our drinks, he first was separating our cups, he was doing this by sticking his hand INSIDE OF OUR CUPS! He then took the cup and used it as an ice scoop it's self. I did not see him use an ice scoop at all, actually did not see one on site. He did this with all 5 of our drinks. Our food was handed to us, then our drinks. I asked for a manager. He said the manager is at a table talking to friends. NOT GOOD BUISNESS! Let's just say our drinks went into the trash! They have recently been rebuilt and this is the nicest, cleanest, most modern wendy's i've ever been to. The crew is very friendly and you get your food fast as ever on good days. Also the fast food restraint with the highest quality food. I know that the food is going to be delicious, made with good ingredients, and fresh. Love it read more
