AVOID! Went through the drive thru and ordered a whopper with only cheese.. cashier didn't ring it up right so I pointed it out at the 2nd drive thru window. Lady went, left the window open, and told the cook. Who then proceeded to say "what the hell, it doesn't say that?!" "Well f***!" "What the f***?" She didn't care and just left the window open. Guy was totally incompetent and upset over having to remake it. The other young lady was smart enough to close the window so I couldn't hear further. How completely unprofessional. If he got that upset over a coworker making a mistake, and remaking an order for a customer, just imagine what goes on when customers can't hear their complaints. EDIT: got home and my order was still incorrect, and I was charged more than I should've been. read more

My husband I just stopped into this burger king passing by on a work trip. the manager was friendly, but that's the only good thing to say about this place. The pop machine was broken along with the ketchup dispenser and the whole area was a disgusting mess. The burger king app couldnt be used if you ordered at the desk. Our food was not good. My chicken Sandwich had a tiny shriveled up piece of chicken on it. It was nearly $6. I probably would have been better off just getting the cheap version. The fries were half way filled. I'm not much of one to leave reviews, but I'm a road trip and found it worth my time too this time. read more

People that work here do not know how to take an order and they don't know how to make food. My fries were ice cold, which I actually told him I wanted onion rings. They put crappy pieces of lettuce that came from the center of the head of lettuce. I recommend not going here to eat if you want quality food and being made right. We quit going to Burger King several years ago.. the last time we went before our recent visit, there was a huge pile of poop on the play ground. Yes POOP! Adult sized poop. Immature. Disgusting. Since the playground is no longer there, we thought we would give them a try again. Well, the restaurant smells like something is rotting. Over by the pop machines is the worst. So my wife and I ate from here last night. We had two whoppers with no onion in order of onion rings, order, french fries, and an order of cheesy tots. The service was mediocre not fast not slow. the food was not hot and today my wife is throwing up all day, and I was at the grocery store a half hour ago and I almost pooped myself before I could make it home to the toilet. Sooooooo I hate to say the word lazy... but ordered 8-8-20 seriously 2 people in line at 8:00pm... WE WERE SECOND IN LINE TOOK 20min. We get to the guy and he has our order wrong {missing a sandwich}. He states our order (in an incoherent language) so we ask could you repeat it to us ( obviously we must have spoke in a different language cuz he got snippy). But honestly I don't leave reviews on stuff but this is the 2nd time we've been here and it's the exact same experience. Seriously makes me want to shake all the employees and be like "I get it it's fast food but....it's still a job. I hate to be mean but one of our pets could have done 100% better. 25 years old and shake my head at my own generation. Hard work must be a fu&$@"' thing of the past. Or it's just Kendallville. Just went through the drive-thru. Service was a cluster-you-know-what. Nobody ever came to the first window, so I pulled up. They looked exasperated that I had done it, and didn't know what to do. One manager opened the window, handed out a bag of food with an attitude, then we received our payment card back. Opened window a third time to hand out drinks. Both sandwiches ordered the same way, one correct, one not. Had to turn around and go back with two managers working the shift. Get it together or I won't be back. read more

Assistant manager was friendly but pay attention to what size he ask. We were asked medium or large. Nothing was stated about a small..and they charge extra for the medium or large. Also service was slow. We waited for 30 minutes before we finally got our food. There was more than enough employees working that we should have had to wait this long. So be prepared to have to wait a long ass time if you are going to come here. read more

Worst service I've gotten from a fast food restaurant in my entire life. Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes and then to have my sandwich be wrong. The line was twice as long so I went up to the door and I was told twice to hang on a minute so I waited there another 15 minutes without any service. Absolute worst read more

Service is almost always slow. Food is overpriced for the quality of food. I just don't eat here much anymore. Used to be good food 20 years ago. The room temperature is always way too cold when you eat inside. read more

Collin the manager said he was sorry that he fed me three ancient cheesburgers. 'If you drive all the way back here, I'll have the cook make you fresh ones this time' Management is non - existent and the food quality is as one would expect without management. Stay away... absolute worst fast food in Auburn. No offer to refund my money until I brought it up... I won't waste my time or energy going back there - but I did take time to warn each of you - bad food and bad service await at the Auburn Burger King. read more

The slowest fast food place ever. This is the second time I've come. The first time I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before getting to the first window. When I asked what was going on I was told by the cashier that they were short staffed while two employees stood behind her making conversation. The second time I waited for 10 minutes before giving up and going somewhere else. I will never come back to this Burger King again read more

I don't really like to review chain restaurants but this one needs it. With the re-opening of McDonalds, I don't know how our local BK will stay in business with the terrible service they're pumping out.
