Absolutely Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable…read more My husband and I recently ordered carryout from Salsa Grille, and unfortunately, what should have been a simple meal turned into an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience. While eating our quesadillas, we discovered SMALL PIECES OF ALUMINUM FOIL mixed into the food. Yes -- actual pieces of aluminum foil were in our quesadillas. This is absolutely disgusting and, more importantly, completely unacceptable when you are purchasing food from a restaurant and trusting that it has been prepared safely. Finding a piece of foil in your food is bad enough, but finding multiple small pieces while you are actually eating is incredibly concerning. You don't expect to have to pick through your food looking for pieces of packaging or cooking materials before swallowing it. We could have easily eaten one without noticing it, and the thought of that is honestly sickening. This isn't a minor issue like an incorrect topping, cold food, or an order that wasn't prepared exactly how you requested. This is a serious food-preparation and quality-control issue. Customers should never have to worry about finding foreign objects in their food, especially something like aluminum foil that can potentially cause injury if swallowed. We paid for our food expecting it to be prepared properly and safely. Instead, we ended up finding pieces of foil in something we were actively eating. It completely ruined the meal and has definitely made us question whether we can ever feel comfortable ordering from here again. I did call the store to report what happened and asked to speak with the store manager. At the time of this review, I am waiting for a call back. I sincerely hope someone takes this situation seriously because this is not something that should simply be brushed off or treated as no big deal. Restaurants have a responsibility to make sure the food they serve is safe and free from foreign materials. Finding aluminum foil in a quesadilla should never happen. There needs to be better attention to detail, better food-preparation practices, and better quality control. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by this experience. What should have been an easy carryout dinner became a situation where we were literally finding pieces of aluminum foil in our food. One star because zero stars isn't an option. I would strongly urge management to investigate how this happened and make sure it NEVER happens to another customer.

Chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, tofu, veggies, chorizo, ground beef, and chicken barbacoa are the protein options! It's impressive. you can chose a burrito, a bowl, tacos, a salad, or nachos. All with add-ins like veggies, cheese(s) and sauce(s). The Hot White Queso is Top Notch! For sides you can always add Chips & Salsa/Queso/Guac (for a slight upcharge, natch), as well as beans and/or rice. On both of our visits to both locations there was someone actively preparing fresh veggies. Even at 7:30 in the evening, he was cutting and slicing and dicing. I went with my favorite (Chicken burrito with a whole lot of stuff in it) and a fountain drink. They also have a number of Jarritos® as well was beers...in fact, they have their own Mexican Lager! They also have their own bottled hot sauce. I'm glad to say that their hot sauce is GOOD! The prices are quite reasonable and the staff is friendly. My wife and I both noticed how clean the restaurant was, and how quickly they cleared tables that had emptied. Like the other location we visited, this sign is on the wall and I thinks speaks to the essence of Guadalupe Mexican Grill. No Cans. No Microwaves. No Freezers. Made from Scratch.

The fries were cooked fresh and reminded you of McDonald's fries but a little bit better. The burger itself surprisingly was large and the bun was better than McDonald's or Burger King. The only thing off was that there was this odd oil smell coming from the patty. I don't know if it's how they cooked it or old oil. It was not present in the fries, though. Based on this experience, I would give it a four star for the deal as well as the food that you got.

This facility is located in the far west end of the strip mall at the corner of Dupont and Coldwater Road. It's opposite the Kroger and more toward Casa's. Easy in and easy out as there is parking close to the store. The store is kinda large (at least seemed that way today as it was empty) clean and in good repair. The team was very friendly. The place was slow so we had very attentive service. The food and drink menu is fairly large. They gave a full bar with lots of TV's. Nice place to relax, talk and watch a game. As for the food...I really don't expect a lot from these type of franchise places. I did find the onion rings to be pretty good. Nice meaty piece of onion with a thick batter. Slight crunchy breading - not too oily. No special sauce served with this. Just ketchup if you need it. My wife really liked the grilled chicken bacon wrap. Fresh ingredients and tasty.
