The women running the drive thru took the order wrong twice, so I corrected her, she apologized, I said np it happens, (she must have been new) I get to the window, (I had told her a plain burger no bun or anything that it was for my dog) I get the burger, no bun, but condiments are on it, I have never received a burger like this in all the time I have been coming here. So the manager grabs the container throws it in the barrel and yells loudly that she needs a plain burger because obviously someone doesn't know how to order a plain burger...I said Excuse me? Seriously? So I wait I get my sons order, my dogs burger, and she hands me a small frosty, now the frosty is the only thing that I ordered for myself after driving 2.5 hours, I said excuse me, but I ordered a large frosty, the old lady says, you're going to pay for it, I'm like ok, why would I not pay for it? I'm paying for my large frosty that I ordered, (maybe they are hurting for money, I am not, I pay for what I order,I am livid at this point) the manager says what's on the screen, the old lady says a small, that is what you got and thats all your getting, um what?? What a horrible person, she then tells everyone, that all the cars behind me are getting their orders free, crazyyyy ladyyyy. because of a large frosty? she called the cops on me, so here I am sitting here not even 2 min after she refused my frosty, calling the police on me, so I have no idea what I am supposed to do, this has never happened to me, so she comes out takes a picture of my license plate, I find the phone # to the local police, I call and ask the dispatch what I'm supposed to do, she says pull into a parking spot and wait there, that is what I did. I will never go back to the Wendy's again, the lady is a lunatic. The police came, one cop is like did you get what was on your receipt? Yea,they are useless bunch, at that point I didn't give a damn about the frosty, I was more in shock about the actions of this crazy woman and basically didn't know what I was supposed to do, like if I left would have that been bad? Idk, police are called can you leave? I thought you had to stay at that point. One officer was ok, he gave me his card. Avoid this wendy resturaunt at all cost unless you want your friends behind you to get a free meal, then reference the frosty lady. I have never seen a person go berserk like this, it was shocking and pretty scary. I have her picture, I took it when as she was taking my license plate. I felt bad for anyone who has to work under her.

Our initial experiences were much better and as another reviewer posted it depends on who prepares your order. We will be skipping Hot Head for a while.
