Haven't been to Wendy's in awhile but it was near my family's hotel. We drove through for lunch and everything went smoothly! The employee who helped us was very friendly and patient. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 10 piece chicken mc nuggets, and a large coke. The Dave's special and double double were good according to my in laws. The size wasn't too humongous either. The Asiago Ranch Club sandwich and the Spicy Chicken sandwiches were delicious! The buns were soft and tasty and the chicken was made well (and perfectly crispy). We definitely will be getting those again! The chicken nuggets were not too bad either. They were a good level of crispy and the Honey BBQ sauce was good too. They can just be a tiny size. read more

Probably a top 5 worst experience at a fast food restaurant. Line was backed to the street. Finally was 2 spots away from the speaker and went to a stand still for about 10 or so minutes. I called into the store to let people inside know nobody has been spoken to at the speaker and that there were a number of people waiting behind me as well. The person in the store replied with "there is only 2 of us" .... Now with that being said. I am very compassionate and understanding, but why in the world is a restaurant open when they only have 2 individuals to run the store. I have been patronizing this Wendy's for the past several years. I go out of my way to get to this location because it always gets my order right (tip: get your lazy asses out of your car and go INSIDE -- do not use the drive-thru!), my food is always hot and my frosty is cold. Deserves 0 stars!! I am writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. She visited your Wendy's drive thru today and was treated very rudely. She has came to this restaurant numerous times and ordered a Biggie Bag and substitutes a crispy chicken sandwich with a plain chicken chicken sandwich. This is because of a handicap and her not being able to chew a crispy chicken sandwich. When she requested this she was denied service. She refused to make the substitution and told my mother that "it wasn't her fault that she had no teeth!!" She added on to the harassment by telling my mother that "it wasn't her fault that she couldn't chew her food!!". Now is this any way to treat a 80 year old elderly woman who is handicapped? I am extremely disgusted and dissatisfied and disappointed in this woman's behavior towards my mother. It needs to be addressed as soon as possible because this behavior was uncalled for. This woman should not be in a management position as she does not know how to treat customers regardless of their ability in a human manner. read more

I walked in and only two people were waiting in the line, but there was no cashier... I waited 5 minutes, left, went through drive-through and got my food faster then ordering inside.... this was my 2nd time that I walked in to get my food and unfortunately, either they are too busy or they have no workers manning their stations. Both times I've visited was after 3:30pm... so it was after lunch rush and before dinner.... they need to rethink their staffing level here. Also, they have the new coke soda dispenser.... and only one... bottleneck I say... had to wait 10 minutes just to get a drink. This location gets so busy at lunch times, I wonder why it hasn't expanded. It needs a larger ordering/counter space, two soda machines, and more front help that are fast and not in training. The interior seating is large and can handle the capacity, but most people were ordering to go or in the drive thru. We visited this fast food restaurant for a quick lunch. It took 20 minutes to get our order, the single soda machine went down, with the manager coming out to tell everyone that she was sorry but it was going to be 20 minutes before it was back up. At lunch rush....so if you wanted a drink refill, you had to interrupt the order-fillers to fill your cup for you from the drive thru station. The drive thru line was out to the street and of the two gals at the counter, one was in training. The other was efficient. The food was hot but I wondered why it wasn't fresh with the turn over that was happening. Chicken nuggets looked like they were cooked and sitting awhile. Fries weren't fresh either but the queso was good. It would be REALLY good if it all was fresh. Only visit at weekday lunch time, if you must and expect to spend your whole lunch hour. read more

We added Frosty at window, paid, went to 2nd window & got food bags w/ receipt. I reminded they forgot frosty, then noticed they charged extra for taking off meat! While I'm explaining that, wife opens sandwich to find just cheese & ketchup. I say it's wrong & they say "no I know exactly what you ordered: pickle, cheese & meat!" - LoL. So I correct her. They come back w/ the $1.75 they charged for 'holding the meat' and another handed me a cookie but took it away quick & gave me a different one then asked "did I want the chocolate chunk or the chocolate chip".. I hardly ever post reviews but whoa...the service here is really bad. Waited in line for 30 min to order and only 2 cars in front of me. Got yelled at to "wait a moment" 2 seconds after being asked what I wanted to order. Then got told to "wait a moment" for another 5 minutes before I pulled away. Went through the drive thru for an order on lunch break. Three people at the window couldn't figure out how to fill a cup. After figuring this out, he says to the employee filling the cup "man you nasty as f**k" while the drive thru window was open. I was then silently handed my drink as if nothing happened. I let it go, deciding to eat the food and pass on the drink. One bite in to my sandwich and I find a rock hard piece of *something* stuck to my chicken. After wasting my lunch break going back for a refund, the two young men continued to drop f bombs in front of myself and two four year olds who had come up to the counter for treats. I never once gave any of these employees reason to mess with my food, which I find to be the most foul thing you can do to someone, not to mention it is a felony. Stopped for some chili on a cold day. The chili was great and so was the service. Super friendly and great to deal with.

This was from Wendy's on Boardwalk in Ann Arbor. Make sure when y'all get Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade or anything that's not in the multi-flavored Coke machine that you check your drink real good (check it good regardless, IJS). I found THREE dead flies in my drink. As the other reviewers have already pointed out, this Wendy's is lightening fast and efficient. Unfortunately, at 5pm on a Friday, my food was less than spectacular. Spicy Chicken Nuggets: lukewarm and more chewy than crunchy, much like leftover nuggets microwaved. you know what I'm talking about. Value Fries: there's not much "value" going on here as it looked like someone ate half of my fries before giving it to me. the fries themselves were also super salty for some bites and just about flavorless for others. Jr Bacon Cheeseburger: the bacon, like the nuggets, were more chewy than crispy. I understand that food quality is sacrificed for speed during non-peak hours when there's not much food turnaround but I would seriously not mind waiting a bit for freshly fried food. read more
