The decor lacks warmth, and it doesn't quite have the character the old spot had. Aside from that, the food is good! It is a sit down spot, but casual so you order from a kiosk and they bring you the food. I do think it's a solid option for a quick lunch break if you're short on time. Overall, it is good, just not a place I'd think of going back to. Worth trying once if you're in the area, but the vibe and price point aren't enough to pull me back for a repeat visit.

Not to mention, its too hot in there! Feels as if I stepped in a sauna or entering the gates of hell! They need to do something about that AC, especially if we are paying a lot for a burger. Also adding a self serve water station would be a great idea to help fight the heat. Upper management, do better! You will lose customers this way, just saying.

Chili was the best part, seemed like there were bits of shredded beef mixed in with the ground beef! Zucchini Fries -were not great, not the worse I've had. Batter is quite thick. Since batter was quite thick seemed like the zucchini was steamed in it's own liquid while frying, texture was not good. Their ranch sauce was pretty peppery in my opinion.

Service is quick, touch screen ordering, but the popcorn chicken is weird. Breading is not standard for popcorn chicken, which in itself is not a deal-breaker, but it also felt like a poor breading to chicken ratio-- far too much breading, like I could feel my arteries clogging before I could taste the chicken. The bacon cheeseburger was really good. The patty had great flavor, the bun was soft, the bacon was crispy, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The fried mushrooms were delicious too. The batter was so crispy. On my second, and most recent, visit, I ordered their teriyaki plate. Although it's not on the menu, I asked for half chicken and half beef. The plate comes with white rice and a simple green salad with Thousand Island dressing. While the teriyaki had good flavor, I didn't really enjoy it. I was expecting the meat to be thinly sliced, but instead it was cut into large cubes. If you like bigger chunks of meat in your teriyaki, you'll probably enjoy theirs. The prices were pretty steep for a short-order restaurant. The teriyaki plate was $15.99 plus tax. I also ordered my boyfriend a bacon cheeseburger combo, which was $16.99 plus tax. The combo comes with a small drink. For the price, I think they should at least offer a medium-sized drink. They do offer refills, though. Customer service was good. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.
