The staff appears in experienced as they keep coming to the front to ask a more experienced staff member how to do their jobs. My mom waited over 2 hours and has not even seen the doctor yet. When confronted about the length of time the answer given was "There was extensive testing that needed to be done". The staff never told us it would take 2 hours worth of testing before she can be seen. Communication is key and had someone let us know we could have planned better. I'm positive the testing process could have been sped up if the staff had not kept leaving their stations and having pow wows with the reception and gossiping. This is not a physician I would recommend unless you have a whole day to be treated by an inexperienced staff and left in the dark for hours.
