I saw its high-quality 3D printers and final products. You can have filaments made, such as vases. It also designs accessories, such as decor for your aquariums. I was looking at the dragons. I touched one of them. It was cool. It felt like a lot of work was needed to put all the pieces together to make each dragon. This store welcomes custom orders. It also has workshops. I wasn't in town long enough to take part in a workshop. It sounds like a lot of fun and these workshops are free. The large purple dragon was going for $50. I like that it's a cool, unique gift idea. I'm glad that I found this store. If I can think of any custom designs, I'd see whether this store can make them a reality. (381)

When discussing a project, both Michelle and Jim will bring up things you might not have thought of, such as things that might cause issues or options that might save you money. For example, what were designed as black and white pages in my dual bw/color project were stilled viewed in their printer as color because the computer-operated printer could detect shades of color within the black. Michelle worked a little magic to force those bw pages to print as such. There was a small charge for her time to do this, but it ended up saving me thousands by printing those pages as bw rather than color. Jim and Michelle are very easy to work with and certainly know what they are doing. It is nice to be able to talk directly with the bosses! I have several more projects in mind and I know who I'll be going to when the time comes to print them. The end result is that my projects come out looking very professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

I mostly use them for printing photos for galleries and they knock it out the park every time. Super fast printing and shipping and the quality is fantastic. I have asked them…read morerepeatedly not to include their stupid Tootise Roll lollipop in my order because in a recent delivery, it melted and ruined everything. I had to have it reprinted, adding time and expense to my own work flow. Naturally, I included a note and I asked never to have a lollipop sent to me moving forward. Here's the kicker - they said they can't remove it from their packaing but they could if they drop shipped it to me. AMEN! Finally a solution, Right? Wrong. Then they said they would CHARGE me to drop ship my own order to me to fix their mistake. Appartently drop shipped orders don't include their ridiculous lollipop, which tells me they can remove it if they really need to. They insisted there was NOTHING they could do about charging me for drop shipping. I said that it needs to be escalated and I'm not spending any more time on this. They took my money, as I can see my card was charged, but no apology, no offer to mitigate - nothing. I have had no fewer than 5 calls with them about this idiotic lollipop policy. I have zero time for this. I'm very busy, and I'm the customer, If I say I don't want your stupid lollipop, I don't want your stupid lollipop. To add insult to injury, in addition to being a grown ass adult who doesn't need to be patronized with candy, I'm a type 1 diabetic, so it's like opening the box and seeing a giant middle finger looking back at me. If they can correct this issue without whining about it, I'll update my review. But for now, zero stars.

I made the mistake of buying plain pink note cards that were already cut to size for my…read moregranddaughter. I wanted her name printed on the front of the card, and I had that name properly centered with the font I wanted on my flash drive. I checked with 4 printers in person and 3 more on the phone to find a place that would print these cards for me. In defense of Office Max in Eagan, they said they would do it, but their printer mangled the note cards, and they refunded my money. the problem was that the cards were too small for the machines. Fortunately, my neighbor suggested Speed Print. I can't say enough good about this place! They easily printed the cards in about 5 minutes while I waited and charged me less than others for almost twice the amount of cards! (I had bought another set, since some of them had been mangled.)
