The therapist truly understood my body -Sapha knew exactly how to release tension without ever crossing into too much pain (good pain only! ) I felt completely safe, listened to, and taken care of throughout the entire session. It was also my first time trying a deep tissue therapeutic massage, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. If you've ever been curious but hesitant - this is the place to go. Beyond her skill, she brings such a beautiful, grounded energy into the space. You can feel her passion, her knowledge, and her genuine care for what she does. It creates a truly safe and calming environment. I also came in last minute, and she still found a way to accommodate me - which I'm incredibly grateful for. An amazing experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back, and I recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

On my drive home from the airport the pain was unbearable that I looked up for any massage place who can take walk ins ON A SuperBowl Sunday. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here.

She came aboard our houseboats on 2 separate occasions and it was THE BEST! She is so friendly and personable and made sure that we got the best message ever! She was very professional, made sure her equipment was always sanitized and clean, and she did all this with a smile and positive attitude. It was definitely a first for our family and friends to get messages on a houseboat, but honestly it was the best thing ever! All of us left Jacqueline feeling like a new person because she was so good. The pressure was consistent the whole time we were getting massages. She knew how to work our muscles using appropriate body mechanics because she didn't fatigue. I don't know how she does it, but she rocked it while massaging our family and friends for 6 hours! I even went back for a second one and it was so worth it! I can't wait to do this again next year when we houseboat on Shasta.
