I got a fluff and buff on my back for what seemed like an hour, including hot stones, 3 times more work on my left arm, so my right, dominant arm was neglected. Then 20 minutes on the back of my legs. I turned over and got a nice face/head massage then foot massage for the balance of the session. Full body massage includes the front of the body - front of shoulders, abdomen, and legs. I was stunned and then confused when she said the session was done. I've had tons of massage over the years with LMT's and Chinese therapists. never been this disappointed.

When she started Anise Moon in Latham, I couldn't wait to book an appointment, but my mom was visiting and I wanted to treat her first. She had a great experience, but I'll let her share her own story. Months later I was finally home and in a place where I could take a little time for pampering. Altranise was easy to book with and very nice when I got there. My only complaint is that the location is a little hard to find (it's super easy to drive to, but the address wasn't visible), but while I was there, the landlord was installing a sign for The Wellness Cottage now that all of the rooms are filled. Voila--fixed! Altranise made me feel very comfortable and I could tell she was genuinely interested in my past and current health to inform her work. The room was really comfortable and my 90 minute massage was heaven. She knew the exact areas I needed more attention on and I felt like she had the perfect amount of pressure. I only wanted a normal Swedish massage--I'm wimpy and can't handle deep tissue, but I know she would be great working however her client needed help, she really listens. I will definitely go back and my company is talking to Anise Moon about hiring her to do chair massage for the team at the office! Support a local, amazing mom and professional massage therapist--check out Anise Moon and all of the practitioners working out of the cottage.

It is located in the basement of a apartment building it is super hot and does not smell very good and honestly I was scared I would catch hepatitis if I was to sit down anywhere. The door was locked and I had to ring the door bell the woman that let me in barely spoke any English. When she went into the other room i left....it was definitely scary there. Just updating that even though the woman told me that my credit card did not go through because it was out of paper etc. and that she was not going to charge my card the payment still went through and there is nothing I can do about it the woman is obviously a scam artist and I am so glad I got out of there when I did I guess $63 is a small price to pay for not catching hepatitis.
