I had the same experience as another. Sometimes, people who come in for a massage are noisy and it's disturbing after relaxing and enjoying my massage. Someone should tell the clients who come in to be less intrusive when they enter the massage area. My foot massage was good, but this time I felt that my toes were left out and It felt incomplete. Besides getting my feet pampered, the massage also included a neck and shoulder rub down, which I desperately needed. The massage was a traditional Chinese technique, amno (press and rub). My therapist also stretched out my legs and hips. The place was clean and calming. There were private rooms for body massages and open area for foot massage. Just left this place after getting a massage with cupping and I feel awesome !! I went in here with my gf and ended up getting Cindy for my masseuse and she was awesome. She found all my trigger points, my tight spots that have been giving me mobility issues and the sore areas. She got them all to release. After being dissapointmented the last 2 massages at Cloud 9, I found this place had the same and cheaper prices and the quality was awsome. John, did my back..and knew all my tight areas and was.slow and deep to really help you to relax into the massage. He also used a heat lamp and hot stones at no extra charge. I come here often and have had great massages almost every time. This last time I had Lucas for the first time (he is new to this place) and he was fantastic. I like hard pressure and he was perfect. I do wish they would do the oil/lotion work on the front (legs, arms, shoulders) but seems to be a style here that the bulk of the time is spent face down and then the little time left for the front is done over the sheet as opposed to skin on skin. This place looks like it's mainly one of those foot massage places, which also has a few private massage rooms. The massage was ok - I wouldn't call it very nuanced or refined. More of a blunt, deep massage. While I asked for special attention to shoulders and back I didn't expect that would mean 65 of 90 minutes I'd be face down. Would have preferred the front of my shoulders too. I've gotten many massages before, and this one gets a "C" Pluses: Relatively inexpensive, therapist spoke passable English, and was nice enough. Minuses: No music, or soothing smells or sounds. I was really sore the next day. Probably won't return. read more

I don't usually write reviews but this was one of my WORST massage experiences ever. This place is such a scam. As you can clearly see on the wall with pricing info, they offer a 60 minute foot massage for $35. That's a pretty competitive price but no cheaper than Cloud 9 just down the road (which, by the way, is SO MUCH BETTER/not scammy). So, we wanted the 60 min foot massage - there's a reason you can sign up for everything else online BUT the foot massage. So I call and confirm two appointments for 60 min foot massages. When I arrive, I again confirm my 60 min foot massage (they can't speak English, hence all the confirming but at this point, they've done enough headshaking and agreeing to the one I'm pointing out). Then comes our massage ... the foot part was VERY MEDIOCRE (I almost walked out but decided to see it through). Then they brought me to a room and had me get naked down to my underwear and gave me some weird back massage thing. And then, I walked out after 60 minutes and they tried to charge me for a full body massage. TOTAL SCAM. I paid it - whatever, they were all staring at me and trying to get tips by bringing me the worlds smallest cup of water - but decided I'll NEVER come back. Jing gave me an amazing massage the up-sell for the hot stones was really worth it. Jing's level of experience is very apparent in her very skilled touch and the use of the stones added so much more to relax my muscles. This place was also really clean a major plus! The couples room was comfortable and it was quiet, mind you it was mid afternoon on a Monday, I imagine it may be noisy on a weekend. I would return to have a massage from Jing the only thing that was difficult was the transition back into reality, as there is not comfortable quiet space to sit for a few minutes and drink some water post massage. Sitting back in the entrance to the spa and reception area is not relaxing after the treatment, however it is basic and they staff are friendly attentive and kind. Do not be put off by one of the gals whom does not speak english who answers the phone just book online, and trust they are professional and will handle the booking and the request for the therapist you want. Excellent massage therapy by Jing. Unfortunately, they prioritize walk-ins with no appointment over scheduled appointments. This frequently leads to them starting your appointment 15 minutes late, rescheduling you last minute to a later time, or trying to switch you to another therapist. They have literally asked me *during* a massage (that was scheduled in advance) if I would switch therapists so they could accommodate the gender preference of a walk-in. read more
