The value here can not be beat. Check in on yelp to get $5 off an one hour massage. Opted for a foot massage. It was only $20 after promo. You have to pay first which I thought was kind of weird. The massage was really good though. You soak your feet first in hot water while they massage your neck, shoulders, and head. Then they work on your feet for about 30-40 min. To finish it up, they do arms, back, and neck. Pretty much, the full body was covered. You'll leave feeling energized and relaxed. Parking was really easy out front. Also, really close to the mall, so you can get a foot massage after a long day of shopping! read more

My new go to massage place 100%!! Apple (owner) got my mom and I an appointment on a Friday night. I asked for one male and female masseuse and rather than squeezing me in like some business owners that squeeze every penny out of their customers, she accommodated for a time that best suited my request. I didn't think I would ever be able to land a solid 25$/hr foot massage (in the Bay Area at least) but this place has restored my faith in the massage industry!! Daniel (my masseuse) was amazing - I have this really stubborn knot in my shoulder and only 10% of masseuses will identify it on their own without any given notice or cues. I am a fan of this place, it's clean and won't break my piggy bank. It is a chinese deep tissue massage, so don't be expecting painless massages...cuz this place hurts! But it does help get the knots out, especially when I sit so much for work. Do go ahead and call ahead to make an appointment though. Such a great deal - 1 hour Foot massage for $30!! Most places like this have increased their prices to $37+. For them to keep their prices this low you have to tip generously - we usually give like $10. Usually at places like this you have to find your go-tos and for me that's Nancy and Alice. Nancy has excellent technique but is more medium strength. She could prob easily flex into more gentle strength as well. Alice is also good but better if like strong massages. read more

Ever since I introduced bestie to foot massages, she's hooked! Whenever we get a foot massage, we ask for feet only because we don't like shoulders or head massage. Nothing against the masseuse, it's just our preference. Used a Groupon and had a great massage for $20 with Kevin. It must be my fun size - I guess masseuses automatically assume I can't take anything stronger than petting a dog. ....well I can, so go for it!!! No frills place with friendly people for massage. I really like this place. No frills, super deep massages. Reasonable prices (although they did raise prices this year so it's not as good of a deal as before). They offer both Chinese foot massages in a public room with curtains and full body massages in private rooms. You can even request that they step on you like in Thai massages. I've never asked for a "relaxing" massage so can't say how those are, but if you are looking for something therapeutic, this is the place. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. This was the worst spa service I've ever experienced! This is my third and last time coming here. It is always difficult scheduling an appointment over the phone because whoever answers the phone doesn't understand much English. I was asking for a full body massage and she kept telling me that foot massages are only for the weekends. She gave the phone to someone else because she couldn't understand what I was asking for. Once I got there, they told me they could only do a 45-min massage because they were busy. Then they made me pay for the massage and tip before I even received the service. They ask for an additional $2 if you pay with card. The massage was $60 so I told her I'd pay $72 plus the additional $2. She laughed at me and said "have you been here before? With massage you pay 20%" then I had to explain to her that I was tipping 20%. She had such a rude tone on top of it and may have been the owner. First of all, why ask for tip before the service? Also, customers get to decide how much they want to tip. Not be demanded to. I was about to walk out but she already swiped my card. I could tell she was pissed because she was very rough during my massage. Her strokes were very fast and she was digging into my neck with her elbows. I had to tell her it hurt. She was also flinging my legs around so I can tell she was doing this all on purpose even after I tipped her the 20% she did not deserve. I was looking for a relaxing experience but got the complete opposite. This place does not deserve any type of business. I understand there is a huge language barrier... but they are extremely unprofessional, disorganized, rude, and they do not care about quality service or returning customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I came in tonight for a couple's message and it started of ruff. There was no communication with myself or the message specialist. She was very aggressive when I finally could not take the pain anymore I had to speak up. She lightened up for about 5 min and then went right back to hurting me. When I go to get a massage I really need it to be quite. I don't like to here all the employees in the building talking and laughing with each other. I do tliketo here people warming their food in the microwave and utensils hitting the plates. Cell phones going off and people walking up and down the hallways. Absolutely the worst! I live walking distance and thought this would be an ideal spot to get regular massages for my chronic back pain. A whole slew of things are wrong with this place: Pay before treatment - I have never been to a place that makes you pay first. Was I going to massage and dash? What if I wanted an additional treatment? Deep Tissue NOT - I asked for deep tissue massage which the woman explained in Chinese to the male assigned to me. For the hour massage, he spent the first 10 minutes filling the foot bath and getting settled. After about 10 minutes of gentle massage I explained I wanted deep therapy around my neck and shoulder, he responded "in a while". Another 5-8 minutes later where it felt like he was lathering me with oil (no real massage), I asked again for the deep tissue. When I didn't get what I wanted I asked him to stop but the owner/manager appeared and said that's the type of massage they provide. Again continued speaking to the therapist in Chinese while others looked on. Noise: Between the hospital style curtains you can't avoid hearing the ongoing chatter and chuckling between the employees. I went here to de-stress but left even more stressed. Overall the worst massage experience of my life!!! I realize this is a no frills massage at a bargain price so I am not looking for the candles, music, soft sheets, etc. I was simply looking for a decent massage minus the ambience which they failed miserably. I had a really great massage here! It was mostly a foot reflexology, but I felt the rest of my body got a pretty good quick massage too. I didn't get my guy's name, but he was strong and knowledgeable. My masseur did a great job digging into the right spots.I can tell he focused on the Chinese Medicine meridian points and the foot massage was fantastic! I felt like I was in heaven! Several years ago, I had a massage on my wedding day that I paid $140+ for and it was lame because the girl hardly put any strength into it. This guy did so much better (and for only $25!) It isn't a fancy place and there isn't a private room, so if you want a luxurious pampering experience, this is not it. However, the room is dark and quiet with calming music and I didn't notice any distracting noise while I was being massaged. It was relaxing atmosphere. Also, the staff here speak Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese I think) as their first language. Their English isn't the best, but it is do-able. Tip #1: You do not strip down to your birthday suit here. Be sure to wear loose comfortable clothes, like a t-shirt, tank top and some comfortable shorts or sweats. The guy behaved as if he were in the locker room. This was an amazing foot massage. Even though it's a foot massage, they still do the head, arms, legs and feet, neck and shoulder, back, and butt. It was fantastic. Best massage I've had in a while. My boyfriend and I are not from the area and when we walked in around 3:30 in the afternoon, they were able to take us right away. It was a little warm at first, but they turned on the air condition half way through and that made the whole experience even more relaxing. I really love being able to work with Apple at the front desk -- she communicates for me to Tony and I always get what I'm looking to find. I've brought many friends and most everyone is now a devotee as am I. They have a check in special for $5 of an of reflexology, you should try it. Either Tony or Daniel come with rave reviews from friends and I have brought many friends to Massage Pro. I have not found any other place on the Peninsula that is helpful, super quiet, good English and wonderful practitioners for a fair price. I guess I got lucky yesterday. At a friend's request, I asked for Tony and got a private room for a foot massage. Apple (the lady) at the welcome desk was super nice, asked me all the right questions and got me about 90% of what I asked for in my massage for one hour: Mostly feet, very little anything else. They didn't use any lotion as I asked because I'm allergic to everything. I didn't see the open room as these pictures suggest. Also, this isn't any place fancy, or Zen like, it's very simple, a place you'd drive right by if you weren't looking to find it. But for $25/hour with a $5 Yelp discount and the fact it's super quiet (no neighbor noise, no loud people using cell phones in the lobby, etc.), I will definitely be back. I had a groupon for a foot reflexology so I decided to finally get one. I had a 10am appt and had no problems parking. I managed to find an on street parking spot for two hour parking. There is a small parking lot behind the store but all spots were taken. I entered and no one was there. Finally someone came and I was seated on a cot and my legs dangled into a bucket of warm water. (Could have been warmer) Dana ( or sounding like that) came and started working on my neck and shoulders, nice. Not too hard nor too light. Then my feet, nice massage. Turned over and more massaged. It was a nice hour to relax and have someone massage my feet and upper body. After the first part of the massage he gave me a few gentle "slaps" basically to let me know it was time for a change and I was to turn over. Then later I got more "slaps" to indicate the hour was over and I was finished. Didn't really appreciate this but I guess this was his style. The store begins at the small waiting area with a desk for the reception person. Then you are led onto a darkened room with several cots lined up ready to be used. More larger cots are lined up on the other side of the room with curtains between them. "Dana" turned the lights on temporarily because I couldn't see my way and everything seemed to be clean and neat. I especially looked for cob webs by the lights and there were none. Of course I used and checked out the restroom which was a nice size and decorated simply and not just a storeroom as many other places use them for. Employee lounge/office was right next to the bathroom and just off the massage rooms. Occa asional voices could be heard during the massage but good thing I'm slightly hard of hearing, it did't bother me so much. Overall was an okay massage. Don't know if I will return due to the distance I drove to get here. It might be worth it if you come for their 10 to 2pm weekday discounted special. read more

I'm so torn. I had a living social deal for a couples massage. Had some misgivings walking in. When I opened the door I hit the reception desk and the lady paying for a massage. So kind of cramped and awkward to enter. The massage areas are in the. Back room and is 8-10 beds some separated with fabric dividers. Like large dressing rooms but I figure I close my eyes when I get a massage so who cares, right? So I wish I got my person's name because he was A-mazing. This is definitely a very firm massage. With elbows, punches, knuckles, etc but it hurt soooo good. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep at least twice. My husband on the other hand had someone who tried to mimmick the motions of my guy. My husband described his experience as pouring oil on and toweling it off. Very disappointed and he was quick to rush out the door. Which left me in an awkward position of tip. I wanted to give my guy $20 and the other guy $5, but the crappy massage pretty much chased us out the door that I replied it was a split tip. I have been to a few foot massage establishments since moving here in November and this one was the best I think. I asked for the one hour foot massage. I'm not sure his name, but he sure knew what he was doing. He still massaged my entire body, but he actually focused a good 30 minutes on my feet and calves and used good reflexology. It's a hit or miss at these places. I feel like it's like a gumball machine and you don't know what flavor you'll get. Well, I received one of the best massages tonight from Jason. I usually forget to ask for the masseuse's name, but I had to ask him when I got a chance, so I could request him for my next visit! It was enough strength and time spent on back and legs.
