Let me start off with, the front desk staff are amazing. On 05/15/2025 @ 1:00PM I visited the office for a "Smooth Eye Treatment", I was greeted and helped immediately. Within 10 mins after signing paper work I was put in a room and had numbing cream applied to my eye area. I sat in the room for 45 mins, I was told the doctor had a patient before me and that she was next door to the room from me. As I waited that 45 mins all I could hear was playful chatting and the doctor playing with the patients baby. Mind you, I did have another consultation for my surgery at 3:00. I was expected to leave this office between 2:00-2:15 to have enough time to get to my consultation for surgery, keep in mind having time to fight traffic and find parking. When the doctor came in I had already made up my mind that I don't have time to do the treatment. As she came in she gave me a strange look and told me my eyes weren't that bad and asked me what I was trying to achieve. I told her I am trying to lighten the discolorations around my eyes as what was said and posted on the ad she had on Facebook that is no longer there btw. She goes and tells me that it won't help it much but she can still do the treatment for me. I tell that I don't want to do it, I only came in to lighten the discolorations around my eyes, she then tells me my eyes are puffy and it could help. I then tell her it's only puffy because of this numbing cream. She keeps trying to get me to do this service when I clearly said I didn't want to anymore. I finally then tell her I need to leave, I have another appointment to get too.
From what I was told she's a OBGYN doctor getting to aesthetician services. Here what you should keep in mind "doctor", people who are visiting you for aesthetic services are paying money, they're not there with their insurance paying for these services. You should be mindful of other people's time, stop trying to push a services when a patient says no, and lastly learn a thing or two from your office staff. Have an amazing day, I hope this review helps you grow.
Also, I almost forgot to mention. I did speak with the front desk staff a week prior to my appointment and asked if I would be out by 2:00 to make it to my next appointment and I was told yes. read more
