This is enhanced by the friendly small group setting, meaning that you receive so much more instruction (and assists!) in a single class than otherwise. After a few years of throwing money at something I was not really utilizing, I decided to try personal training again and turned to Core Effects. Following my initial assessment, Ariana advised me to join their small women's group to slowly build my strength as my body transitioned out of the sedentary rut I had been in. The small women's group has been the best money I have spent on my health. The times and the program work for me. And I especially enjoy the personal attention and challenge of the exercise routines. Core Effects has really helped me reassess how I look at my health. After the first month of doing the training, I immediately noticed how less tired I was. Over time, I have also noticed how much more muscle and strength I have. I highly recommend Core Effects and the small women's training group to any woman looking to get serious about their health.

I took beginner reformer classes with her during the worst part of the pandemic when she had few students, I think usually 4 for her only in-person beginner class on Saturday mornings. I usually purchased a block of 10 classes.Good for 3 months, although with the pandemic as well as her missing classes she was good about making up classes missed. However in the spring when my son began began playing soccer I couldnt make all the classes. And I guess by now her classes had started to get more full. So when I had a break from soccer I tried to register, called her and found out she would no longer honor the 5 remaining sessions I had paid for, nor the remaining mat classes. She said I could have attended the advanced class she held during the week. I had actually tried one of these classes only to be called out by her during the class, informing the other members that they were getting an easier workout due to my presence. After that I no longer felt comfortable attending this class. Anyway, make sure you either never miss a class or get in writing what the terms for makeup classes are before signing up.
