I was very upset because several customers heard what she said. I could tell by the pharmacist tone of voice that she was judging me and the fact that she said it loud enough for everyone in the store to hear was very embarrassing for me. She didn't know me or the fact that I have 3 plates, 12 screws and 2 rods holding my lower spine together. This incident happened several weeks ago and I was not going to post a review but one of the other people that was in the pharmacy at the time this happened saw me at the food store last night and said she felt bad for me and was embarrassed for me. I didn't know this lady and was embarrassed for the second time because the pharmacist does not know how to conduct herself professionally. Besides the plates, screws and rods holding my lower spine together I also get injection every month. You should reevaluate the way you approach people. I do not recommend this pharmacy. Since I was heading home soon, I figured I would pick up items I knew I would need, but weren't in dire need of them right away. I browsed through the aisles with no concept of time. I went up and down the aisles, no cart or basket, that way I would limit the amount I could purchase. I will say that the store was at least clean and organized. Even if the selection was lacking. In the end, I didn't get much, interacted with no one (self checkout), and made my way back out to my vehicle to get out of there.

Worse, we keep getting inaccurate timelines from the pharmacy, forcing us to drive over multiple times just to be told it still isn't ready. The first prescription was an antibiotic, the second was migraine medication (and now my wife has a migraine without medication). I understand if you can't get medicine, but at least attempt to give us accurate timelines. Both times we were told to come back at a specific date/time only for it not to be ready - twice. Never again.
