Living on the West Coast, I miss Wegmans. Their house brand has always been decent, and they have all types of different brands, both national and regional. Of all the regional supermarket brands across the country I've visited, Wegmans is at the top. They have everything I need, and they have international goodies, which is nice for a diverse area like the Princeton/Plainsboro community they serve. The staff at this Wegmans has always treated me well, and my most recent experience at this location when visiting this old haunt topped it all. We had the most pleasant, kind cashier I've ever experienced. With plenty of registers open, there were hardly any lines. When we got into her line, she cheered and applauded. She had a giant smile on her face, and was extremely kind. She was a superstar! I wish I could remember her name, because she deserves a special shoutout.

No signage from the Boulevard that I could see and I had to guess which plaza to go in. I had never been to this Wegmans before surprisingly when I lived in this area for 9 months. Some really expensive items but everything a foodie to ask for for interesting options and creations.

Large size sub sandwich

Italian sub from their sandwich counter. The picture doesn't do enough justice. This large size bread is over one ft long and was cut in to fours. It was a great sandwich and was called Danny's Sandwich. I would recommend and buy again

Just a big ripoff grocery store with a meat section smaller than my truck. Overrated

What i love most is the service - everyone is Italian and they speak Italian to during breaks - very polite, friendly, fast, and they know how to build a sandwich. This place is worth 100 stars - must try for anyone looking for real Italian food for now or to heat up for dinner.

Very impressed with my first visit to D'Angelo's! I was in town for the Princeton graduation…read morefestivities, and we stopped here for lunch following the ceremonies. D'Angelo Italian Market is located a few blocks away from the Princeton campus. It is a corner store with some street parking around, along with a parking garage right across the street. I have been told parking is strictly enforced by the city around here, so make sure to pay for street parking when you go. The inside is that of an Italian deli and market, but more. There is seating inside, and also some outdoor tables. There is not table service, but you order at the counter and then can enjoy your meal. We had a part of 7, and were able to push a few tables together inside to eat. They have a ton of deli options, but also have baked goods, breads, and pizza slices that you can buy from the counter. Additionally, there is a large menu of other food items that are made to order. There are also cooler drinks to choose from. The staff were all so friendly. It appears they know their frequent customers, and they greet them as they come in. Though I was a new customer, I felt welcomed and thought all of my questions were answered in a kind manner. We ordered several items, with one being the Eggplant Rollatini for an appetizer. This was so good, as I love eggplant in Italian dishes. It was filled with cheese, but still crispy and delicious even in all the sauce. We ordered more rolls than what is on the menu since we had several people. Additionally, we sampled several of the pizza slices - Margherita Pizza, Parmigiana Pizza, Vodka Sauce Pizza. I enjoyed each of them. The crust is thin and crispy, as you would expect from a place like this. They were all good, but the classic Margherita was probably my favorite. For my sandwich, I got the Turkey Supreme Hero. It was really good and had a ton of meat on it. I love a good turkey sandwich, and this was exactly that. After seeing what the sandwiches on the rolls looked like, I probably would have gotten that instead of the Hero. Nonetheless, it was still very good. Our table got some other items, like the Princeton Tiger Hero, Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries, and a Pepperoni Roll. No one had anything they did not enjoy. Did not get the chance to try either the desserts or any of the all day breakfast items. The next time I visit, I would definitely want to try some of those menu items! Like I said, I very much enjoyed my first visit to D'Angelo's. Everything was delightful, the staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop. I hope to visit again next time I am in the area. Would highly recommend stopping here!

There's a variety of different refrigerated grab and go dishes such as sushi, kani salad, ramen noodles, dumplings, shumai, chicken, poke bowls, and more. I first tried the spicy salmon roll which was delicious! From there, I quickly became a fan! Right after devouring the spicy salmon roll, I had the shrimp shumai and kani sushi, both were good! There is a microwave in the shop which is very convenient as well. The shrimp shumai was soggy but flavor wise it was good. A few minutes in an air fryer to get that crisp back and they'd be delicious! Theres also a large assortment of refrigerated drinks like juices, sodas & teas as well. I tried the matcha love sweetened green tea which was very good and refreshing. I just kept going back after eating one thing after the other to try something else. I meant it when I said I became a fan lol. I picked up a mini packaged cheesecake (more like a cheesecake bread than a traditional creamy cheesecake) which was a great dessert to end it on. My first time at Haru Grab & Go was great so of course, I came back for another spicy salmon roll and a kani salad which both tasted good and kept me satisfied. 5/5!

Seafood shack in the middle of Princeton, NJ?…read more Nassau Street Produce and Seafood produces good seafood entrees with great value. They also sell uncooked seafood here and a limited selection of fresh produce as well but my visits focus on the box lunches and entrees. At the prices quoted, the entrees are well worth it. The salmon platter has been my favorite so far with a great grilled flavor accompanied with standard fries. The salmon filet, whether stand-alone platter or between a bun, has perfectly cooked grilled lines, with a moist bite that speaks to the expertise of the griller knowing exactly when to take the filet off the heat. For box lunches, the fish and chips platter is a mammoth sized filet that would be best eaten quickly to savor any crunch that is left over from steaming in the cardboard box. It would be hard to say your hunger would not be satisfied with this meal. The fried clams was really on the small side without the belly and was mostly breading to be honest. They were however perfectly crunchy and not greasy. If there is one knock on the food it would have to be the fries, which could be the worse fries I've ever had. Definitely up charge for the onion rings which are supposedly homemade and far superior. They shutdown operations rather early in the evening so this isn't a evening meal destination. I often find myself taking my food to a nearby Princeton park table/bench to enjoy on a nice sunny day/early evening. Call ahead if you are in a hurry and your meal will be waiting for you before you arrive.
