LOVE Wegmans the grocery store. Wegmans as an eat in or take out place is great too. Large selection. Good food. Reasonable prices. The subs are great (Danny's is my favorite) and the pizza is good too. Their meals aren't as good as they used to be (the $8 meals etc) but the salad bar, soups, and wings are all with trying! Oh, and you can enjoy a beer with your meal before shopping for groceries. But why bother with groceries when they've cooked it for you already! :-) read more

I love this Wegmans! The selection of produce, bakery items and vegetarian/vegan/gluten free items is awesome! Their service is always great at the cash registers/customer service. However, their food buffet is a tragedy! We went on a Friday afternoon to pick up a few things and grab lunch and the hot food items looked like they had been sitting for hours, untouched. It was not appetizing at all. I opted for a sandwich, which was good. My fiancé got 3 wings because he didn't know what else to get, and they were $3.33 for small little chicken wings. I was not impressed by the selection offered by Wegmans. I'll definitely be back to shop, by I'll think twice next time before checking out the hot buffets. read more

Wegman's is second to none as far as grocery stores are concerned. If you are looking for excellent choices and quality food, go to Wegman's. You might pay a little more for some of the same products you can get elsewhere but if you are looking for good produce, meats and specialty food look no further. read more

I have been a loyal Wegmans shopper since they came to the Lehigh Valley. I love the quality of their food and produce. The past 4 times I have shopped there, I have seen customers without masks, who were not concerned with social distancing. PA has a mask mandate in all public places to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. Businesses can lose their license if they fail to comply. I complained to customer service and was told that they do not enforce this law at Wegmans!!! I don't understand why they believe this does not apply to them. Sadly, they do not care about the safety of the majority of their shoppers when they disregard Governor Wolf's clear mandate on this matter. read more

Wegman's is great. Too bad it's out of the way for me. It would be nice to have one on the 309 corridor (Quakertownish). The premade food/ bread/baked goods all reign supreme, when you compare with Giant it is actually cheaper because the food is REAL not some concoction that looks like the real thing and tastes like(poop). Giant quality continues to go downhill as is monopolizes the area. Valley Farm Market is also excellent but doesn't have the variety of premades and the bakery is improving a bit but has a long way to go to compare with Wegman's read more

Where to even begin.. This place in incredible! I love whole foods market but, I feel like every time I go in there I would need to take out a loan. Then I found Wegmans.. Life changing! It's inexpensive and the quality of the food you are buying here in is outstanding. You can find everything you want either in bulk or just a single meal. So many options of meats, breads, cheese, peanut butters etc, AND international food it amazes me. Being an Aussie, I love roast lamb over the holiday seasons and I'll admit, it's pricey here but then again it's pricey everywhere in the USA but, when you look at the quality of what you are getting? You can't pass it up! I highly recommend this place over the Walmart and target that are also near by. Save your pennies and spend them here. Cannot wait to do more grocery shopping here, love it! Who doesn't love Wegman's? Prices are competitive, the employees are always so helpful and never express their annoyance, selection of items is vast and I also super enjoy having lunch or a snack there. My kids (and me) appreciate that they get a cookie every time because it helps when grocery shopping. The new wine market is also awesome. Wegman's really became a one-stop-shop. read more

I have been frequenting Wegman's stores since the chain opened in the Lehigh Valley. I think they started out awesome and have noticed a steady decline as the years have progressed. My biggest gripe with them is their store brand. I have grown to love products like maple dijon dressing and pepperoni cheese bread in bakery then they discontinue them. I shop at both Wegmans and Giant. They both have equal pros and cons. The thing that puts Wegmans ahead in my book is their bakery and their organics section! I have loved Wegmans (weggies to my friends) ever since they moved into the area. I love coming back to my hometown and making a Wegmans trip. Great produce usually from local farms, good selection of regular grocery items, friendly staff, and when you get a loaf of their bread warm..heaven. The store is set up which allows for a flow through the store on your shopping trip and the colors and lighting make for an enjoyable shopping experience. read more

I go wicked out of my way to hit up this one. i am probably equidistant from the bridgewater one and this one but the bridgewater one lacks the kombuchas and a lot of the good vegetarian options. i love that i can find difficult pretty much anything without going to separate stores- like a health food store, a beauty store, and a gasp...wal-mart. everything is in one place. i would have given 5 stars but i am not a fan of their asinine liquor selling rules.. for example: i should not have to show MY ID if my boyfriend if buying liquor and i am not even in the liquor area and i'm just bringing a cart to him. what is that?! read more

Went to Wegman's in Easton with my wife and niece for the Asian buffet. I was shocked when we walked in at how bad the buffet was. Everything was dried out and many pans had little food in them. And this was at 1:00 during lunch rush. It looked like they made one pan of each food at 11 and let it run out. Embarrassing. Then we walked over to the pizza area and saw old dried out pizzas. Needless to say, we walked out. For the prices they charge, this lack of quality is unacceptable. In my opinion, this is management's fault. If they don't want to have fresh food in the hot bars, then get rid of them. And the once large seating area is now hidden in the back behind the ever growing wine and beer area. The quality of Wegman's food has drastically declined over the past few years and they have seen the last of me as a customer. To pay high prices for dreadful food is ridiculous. And this is a problem in ALL of their stores. They need a serious change in how they run their operation in my view. read more

Wegmans has the rep of "expensive" but really, if you compare it with GIANT (as this is the closest, dominant chain around Hellertown) - Wegmans is actually cheaper. This place is clean, friendly and the prepared food is really good. I didn't think I'd like the idea of grabbing lunch from a supermarket, but I was pleasantly surprised. The best part, for me, was the variety of options that I had. At first I was worried about what I would find, but between the cleanliness and the selection I found I had nothing to worry about. In all my 4+ years of shopping here I would give it nearly a rating of 100%. They have all your typical grocery needs, they sell beer here too, they have a pretty wide range of food to order and eat there and their hours are convenient. My only gripe and one that may cost them is that they only sell beer til 10 pm. Weis sells later, and therefore, that is where my six-pack money goes to. I've actually had a bad experience with that part of the store where I was rudely told to put down my beer and the angry old woman would put it back for me. I checked online to see if that was a state law about when to sell and it came back that it was just wegmans policy. Well, I literally don't buy it. read more

Done with Wegmans. Went there last night to shop for beer, for my husband, for fathers day. I was accompanied by my 20 year old son. When I attempted to pay for my purchase, my son was asked to show his ID. I explained to the cashier that I was purchasing the product, not my son. He said that we were being watched and that he "suspected" that my son might be the consumer of the alcohol. I assured him that that was not the case, that I was his mother and that the beer was for my husband, a fathers day gift. He refused to sell me the beer unless a supervisor intervened. I spoke with the manager on duty, and she said that it was "policy" to profile young adults in the alcohol section, even when accompanied by older adults. She said that her cashier acted appropriately. I disagreed. She could not produce a store policy to defend the cashiers actions. Wegmans, you are a grocery store, simple as that, not the beer and/or family value police. I tried to make a fathers day gift a fun experience, you ruined it and probably violated some laws while at it. Too bad for you because I can no longer be a customer. I do love Wegmans in general. Good selection of food, clean place and wide isles. However, I often used their pharmacy but the people (not the pharmacists) that work there tend to be useless and not helpful. I had questions about insurance and payments and have gotten attitude from the employees. I recently switched to Target, they are move helpful and friendly. read more
