I live in Chicago and have family in Easton. I get here several times a year and my family usually shops here. When I checked in, I noticed there was no review so made a point to check things out.
This is a typical modern grocery with canned goods, paper goods, baked goods, deli, meat, and fish counters, fresh fruit, and vegetables, and more. The store is well laid out so it is easy to find what you need. Their selection is very large, as befitting a store of this size. Pricing is reasonable. I also made note that there were some items that I was actually surprised to see at such low prices. Specifically, some of the Ethnic and Kosher products are much more expensive in Chicago. Other items seemed more in line with what I expect - deli meats, for example.
They have a great selection of Vegan items. I don't do milk products so am always on the lookout for Vegan cheeses. They have a larger selection of these than I typically see - including salad dressings, pies, iced desserts, and more.
Their bakery was also worth noting. They had a very large selection of bread - loaves of different shapes and sizes, bagels, sweets, but I did not notice if any of these were Vegan.
With everything I said, this still has a small town feel. That's nice. read more
