This past weekend, after calling repeatedly - (4 times) to ask if they were still open (its the kind of place you imagine will be shut down at any time) and no one answering, I made the mistake of taking a chance and walking over there. At the counter, with no one there, I dialed the phone # again - curious. The only employee, finally came over and I asked if they were still open. She clicked her nails on the counter and gave me "a look". I explained, that I had called repeatedly and no one answered - wondering if store was open. She only glared at me and then, refused to serve me, calling me rude. I have never had anyone call me rude, ever. I am a working class person, always respectful of others, regardless of race, gender, etc. When I asked if she could please, accept my apology and allow me to purchase this bottle of wine, as it was for a friend's birthday at my apartment (friends were actually waiting for me} she became even more absurd and nasty. Cleary not a stable person - my main point here. Please avoid. Worst shopping experience I have ever had!

Finally got it working and later in the day while checking my bank account I noticed that I was charged twice for my purchase. I called Jack's and explained the situation and I even went back down there to show them my bank account print out that showed they were paid twice. The man there kept telling me he only had one receipt to which I tried to explain to him that when the PC malfunctioned evidently it charged for 2 sales instead of one. Long and short of it I went to my bank before I went back to this store and did exactly what they told me. I couldn't resolve it on my own with Jack's so I had to file a dispute against them to try to get my money back. Needless to say I will not go back to this store again. John
