My washer was not fully evacuating the water. Dan was able to quickly identify the issue and resolved it in a very professional manner. Also, he was very prompt on getting back to us after reaching out for service. I highly recommend him for your next appliance service needs. read more

Dan came from WeFix and fixed our machine in a jiff. While no one else earlier was able to diagnose the issue. He made sure to tell us what was the issue, how we can best fix it in most cost effective manner and avoid any such issues in the future. Highly recommend calling them for Samsung appliances! read more

Super fast to respond. Really works with your schedule. Very frank and friendly, gives tips on products, and leaves the job cleaner than when started. Best all, will call to check up on the job done a few days after. Highly recommend for no fuzz and professionalism. read more

I am glad to review WeFix; I have no idea why this company does not have hundreds of great reviews. I will make my story short. Contact: 5 minutes after inquiry. Visit on-site: same day, just some hours after first contact. Parts were ordered 1 day later, and they managed to order them under warranty. I can not imagine what would be needed to assign 7 stars !! Thank you, Dan, a pleasure dealing with you. read more

I had a problem with my Samsung refrigerator's ice maker. Dan contacted me and was able to come to my residence to diagnose the issue. Dan was in time, polite & professional. He was able to fix/repair my ice maker in a timely manner. I'll be referring Dan to my mother-in-law. She's having similar problems with her refrigerator. read more

I have been a home owner for more than 40 years and Dan at WeFix is undoubtedly the best appliance technician I have ever met. Our Samsung refrigerator was making a strange noise and we called WeFix because they had 5.0 stars on Yelp. Now I see why! Dan came the next day, knew immediately what the problem was, and fixed it on the spot. He is incredibly knowledgeable and, if you are interested in the work, he is happy to explain exactly what he is doing while you watch him do it. His price was very fair too. As Dan was fixing what was causing the noise, I casually mentioned to him that our ice maker had stopped working soon after we bought the refrigerator. Because it was under warranty, twice Samsung had sent someone to repair it, after which it would work for a few weeks and then stop working again. The third time that Samsung sent someone, that technician told us that it simply could not be fixed and that, if we wanted a working ice maker, we should buy a portable ice maker or a new refrigerator. As soon as I finished the story, Dan said instantly, "I can fix it." And he did! That was months ago and our ice maker still works perfectly. Dan was able to do in just a few minutes what 3 Samsung technicians in a row could not do. He even contacted us a couple of days later to ask whether it was working properly. He said that, if it wasn't, he would come back on Saturday at no charge to do any additional work needed to make sure that it was. This is a guy who absolutely cares about the quality of his work -- a true professional. He is also a really, really nice man. He is polite, friendly, happy to answer questions, respectful of your home, and always smiling. He was a total pleasure to work with and the quality of his work was the best! I feel so lucky that I found WeFix! read more

Our electric Samsung oven went out after only four years. After looking at on-line reviews, we chose WeFix and were not disappointed! Dan was prompt in returning our call and made his first service call within 24 hours. He provided an honest assessment and quotation and ordered a new smart board part. He texted the service part description with actual cost. He provided quality, on-time service with fair cost of labor. Highly recommended! read more

Called Dan about my Samsung refrigerator that stopped cooling. I had been cleaning the front of the refrigerator and inadvertently placed the unit in demo mode (i didn't know this at the time and wasn't aware of demo mode). Dan showed up in less than an hour and with a touch of two of the buttons, the unit was back in regular cooling mode. Dan was very professional and charged me a little less than the normal service callout price. A less reputable technician could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. It is nice to deal with an honest person. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan. read more

I wanted to thank Dan and his crew for their excellent service . I have an electric Samsung range that stopped working... showed an error code on the touch pad screen... oven wouldn't work. Initially, I asked our property management co. (Southcoast commercial) here in San Diego (that's another story) if they have a technician that could diagnose the problem... they said they talked to a technician and would order new touch pad..... a month later, and after multiple calls for status update on part and repair with no response, property management tells me to just buy a new stove.... This range is in a rental. I had been "turning" the rental. Which included painting entire apartment, new flooring installed, new tub and shower installed. And more, all done in that month... So the day I tell Southcoast apartment is ready, what's going on with part for range, they tell me to just buy a new stove... so I look for repair service myself.. I come across WEFIX, which is close to me. They order part... two days later... part has arrived and stove is fixed. Price was less than $300.... New stove was$800.... Thank you WEFIX for helping and getting it done so fast and very professionally done...I would not hesitate to ask them to help me out for any appliance repairs. And helping me save over $500 plus delivery charges and haul away charges and helping get our apartment ready to rent again... Thank you, Thank you read more

I contacted Wefix yesterday when our Samsung gas dryer stopped heating up. I spoke with Dan, and he offered to come by late in the evening after he finished some other jobs, but we agreed for him to come first thing in the morning. Dan arrived on time and explained the service charge structure and what he was going to do and offered to have me watch and learn as he worked. He quickly found the issue, had the parts on hand, made the fix, put it all back together and cleaned up in no time. All the while very professional and friendly. By far the best appliance repair experience I've had, so I'd heartily recommmend Wefix and Dan. read more

Daniel was great. Was very transparent about cost to fix washer and showed me price of replacement parts. Extremely expensive. Cost of parts alone equivalent to a price of a new washer. So, I appreciated his honesty. I had the washer over 10 years, time for a new one. read more

Great all around ! best repair experience ive ever had . Great service, friendly. Thank you!

Contacted Dan in the evening regarding my Samsung fridge not cooling. He was at my home by 8:30am the next morning. He quickly found and fixed the problem and was honest and fair with his pricing. Our Samsung washing machine stopped working and gave us an error message indicating that therfe was a drain issue. We thought the drain was clogged, but, after four tries at unclogging it and the removal of some gunk, it still wouldn't work. So, we consulted Yelp and found a company that specialized in Samsung appliances. Daniel came out the next day, and he quickly found the problem--something jammed the drain pump propeller blades. My daughter works with young children at the Y in Encinitas, and brings a lot of sand home from the playground in her clothes. Daniel had the washer working in five minutes. Given the pump's age, we weren't sure what to do. Daniel clearly explained all of our options to us, and he didn't try to influence us. We decided to replace the pump. Luckily, he had one in his truck, and in less than 20 minutes we were back in the laundry business. We were very pleased that we called WeFix and had someone as professional and competent as Daniel to do the repair. Raymond B. read more

Professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed very quickly. I should have called WeFix three weeks ago. Has my highest recommendation! read more

Dan was fantastic.  I called him based on reviews and am so glad I did!  I called because my Samsung washing machine was getting stuck in the spin cycle and driving me insane.  He picked up when I called, gave me a few options of times he could stop by (including 5:30pm on a Friday) and booked an appointment!  When he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately and provide pricing for replacement parts.  While I had him there I mentioned I was also having some refrigerator trouble.  He offered to take a look and was able to quickly diagnose that problem as well!  He came back the next morning and fixed both appliances.  He was efficient, thorough, well spoken and just generally a nice guy.  I can't recommend him highly enough. I just wish I had called him sooner! read more

Dan from WeFiX just left my home and I am so happy with the results that I wanted to leave a review immediately. First off, Dan answered the phone in a professional way, which I appreciate. It may not matter to some but I don't like when a business answers the phone with "hey". I initially called about a dryer problem but when he came, I thought a washer problem had developed as well. Not only was he at my house in less than an hour, he was able to quickly assess and repair my dryer on the spot. He also evaluated my washer and put my mind at ease about a leak I was worried about. Dan was nice and did an amazing job! Fair price and great work, I highly recommend him and would call again for future work!! read more

Amazing customer service is so rare these days, so I am always happy to report it when I receive it. Today, I received fast, professional service for my Samsung washer and refrigerator from Dan at WeFix. I can't say I'm looking forward to future appliance problems, but at least I know who I can call when I do. And I feel confident that the job will be done correctly at a reasonable price as well. My thanks to Dan at WeFix for a job well done and for restoring my faith in customer service. I think it goes without saying that I highly recommend WeFix. Thank you for taking the time to read my heart felt review. read more

Dan and Eugene were amazing. I called them to fix my refrigerator and right off the bat he tried to help assess the issue over the phone already. Dan was super communicative and we were able to get an appointment within 24 hours; they were punctual, very professional and knowledgeable about the internals of my Samsung refrigerator. Not only did they show me that they would beat online pricing for parts, they explained each part they replaced, what was initially wrong, and how it worked in the refrigerator. They are both very down-to-earth and trust worthy guys that I would be happy to call again for services for my appliances. They noted they specialize specifically in Samsung appliances so definitely call them if you have a problem with a Samsung appliance in particular. read more

Was able to make appointment very quickly -- Daniel was willing to come out the same day, but I was busy so set up for the following day. He arrived right on time, quickly disassembled my Samsung gas range and diagnosed the problem. It was obvious he had worked on a lot of these before (he said they specialize in Samsung appliances). He clearly explained what the issue was, showed me the price of part (ignitor) online we we agreed on price to replace it. He had one in his truck and was able to swap out the old one in about 15 minutes. No hastles, really nice guy and will definitely use him again with any of my other appliance issues. read more
