Gary was such a lifesaver- in the middle of doing a load of laundry my cold water just stopped working. Gary is great. My GE Monogram refrigerator (10 years old) stop working a few days ago. Gary came out the next day and said that the mother circuit board had gone bad. He tried to order one but the supply store said that they were back ordered for three weeks. 12.3.2023 - We have a 23 years old GE Monogram fridge that stopped in the early Saturday morning. We contacted Gary and he came out on the weekend to help us out. Very honest man, he helped revived our unit, but warned us that this is a temp fix and that we will encounter this issue again inthe future, just not sure if its today or a month from now. We need to replace a part, but he said since our fridge is so old, it will be difficult to find replacement. He will attempt to find it, but no promises. In the meantime, he advised us to purchase an inexpensive secondary fridge, just in case. Oh and he charged us only $60 for his time.
