I have food delivered from here at least 3 times a week while at work in the area. They are always consistent when it comes to the quality of food and beverages. My favorites are the chicken burrito, chai latte, ice or hot latte and the dates smoothie! I have never been inside the store itself but one thing that makes this spot stand out is the fact that when ever I have a special request, they make it happen and even send me little notes to explain the accommodations. I really appreciate it because I spend alot of money here. Makes me feel like they value their customers. read more

Did not know I haven't reviewed this joint yet. I have since been here a hand full of times and it is really freakin yummy, the smoothies anyhow. The food is meh and not worth it (just buy eggs and make the basic meal at home). I love the dates smoothy but have had about four of them and they are all scrumptious. Overall a definite must if you are low on energy and need that boost to bike/walk the bridge. read more

As long as I've lived in this area, this was Summers and recently it changed to Weekends. Though the vibe is similar, the name (obviously), owners, and some menu items are different. Most noticeably, they have a more extensive lunch food menu, which now includes different kinds of tacos, burritos, sandwiches, and wraps. I was initially unsure about this change because Summers was a local staple, but overall I think I'm happy with the updates. The lady who took my order was really nice and got my food out super quick, which was always my complaint with Summers - everything always took so long to come out! I went with the grilled chicken wrap which was filled with lots of really fresh and tasty ingredients and juicy chicken. It's $10 which is a few bucks more than what I would pay for a larger sandwich at the bodega on the corner, but sometimes you just want something different and are willing to pay Williamsburg prices for it! I like that they still have the smoothie menu and the breakfast sandwich from the Summers days because those were my favorite things to get, but have added more enticing things overall! read more

Weekends - Grilled chicken wrap ($10) - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

My boyfriend and I come to weekends multiple times per week. Keith, the owner, is so incredibly sweet and always has a smile on his face. All of the breakfast options are super fresh and delicious. Eggs in a cup is delightful. I get it with a side of toast . Turkey wrap is super fresh too. Basically everything is on point. Vibes are chill and surfy. HIGHLY recommend (but don't all come at once cause don't wanna wait in line ) - although DW its usually pretty fast ALSO they have oat milk read more

I ordered the breakfast burrito, I am a vegetarian (although I do eat eggs). The burrito came with CHICKEN! Nobody picked up the phone after several calls. I am disgusted, disappointed, and frustrated. I will never order from here again and it you are vegetarian/vegan AVOID THIS PLACE read more

Really tasty burritos and I love that they can be customized into a healthy bowl if you prefer. Delivery is really quick and reliable.

Two stars because my boyfriends breakfast burrito was good but I got the egg sandwich (which was $8.50) and it was 99% bread. There was barely any egg or avocado on it. I ate it in one bite and I was starving. read more

Came in from out of town and needed a Laplace to grab some coffee and a bite to eat. This was the best choice we could have done. The staff is friendly and very welcoming to us. Can't recommend enough this place to anyone. Thanks read more

Apart from the bad attitude of the guy who took my order the food was great. The only place I've wanted to go back to since being in Brooklyn. But again the guy at the register, it's like he could sense I wasn't from here and had an attitude because everyone that came in behind me he was so kind to and had conversations with. Again NY, too much to ask for a simple flavored syrup for coffee drinks. It's totally not too much to ask to keep 3 flavored syrups at an establishment. I really enjoyed the cortado with a pack of sugar in the raw and noticed it came from Devocion so now I wanted to learn more about it so I looked and saw it was local! Too bad Devocion's cortado wasn't as good as Weekends. read more

This place has THE BEST food and awesome service. Highly recommend I used to only get coffee, but started ordering lunch from here. The tacos are delish! read more

Weekends you are most certainly amazing, I had an incredible experience here yesterday. Definitely great value for the price. A lot of good choices here, I was impressed with the menu, tried their So Cal Egg Sandwich and it was terrific. The staff were really professional and pleasant. We will be back ASAP. read more

Healthy, straight forward, fresh food. Love the Chicken Avocado Caesar! Wonderful owner that knows his customers. Perfect for grabbing coffee and working on their outdoor patio. My go-to neighborhood spot. :) read more

Quick and decent priced food, I got the Turkey Club Sandwich, super good and filling! This is a cute spot (not really big) so it's best for a quick sit down meal. Would go again! The smoothies looked amazing. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. Ordered a "chicken burrito" - for $17 got one piece of raw kale , a melted strip of kraft american, and 5 strips of terrible, canned chicken. AVOID WEEKENDS read more

Weekends - GROSS "Chicken Burrito". Threw it away ASAP. So many better places in BK - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Not cheap - but very very good and quick. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great coffee and great food.

Stumbled across this cute cafe in Brooklyn and wow I am very impressed. Made the perfect flat white and some lovely omelette which has made this a must visit for me whenever I come to New York. Highly recommend getting the breakfast plate along with any coffee of your choice. read more

Excellent! Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend and will definitely return for more.

Ordered online for delivery and it was completely awful. They got almost everything wrong (except for the juice and smoothie which came prepackaged...). The egg sandwich was missing ingredients (it was literally just a fried egg sandwiched between the roll), the coffee was missing milk, and they forgot an entire other sandwich. NEVER ordering from this place again, esp with the hefty price point they charge. read more

Simple, delicious, cheap and quick. Very kind staff and lots of COVID safety precautions being taken. My only complaint is that I can't complete an order without adding at least one Chocolate Chip Tahini cookie to my cart.. So addicting!! read more

The best breakfast sandwich's in the area. There bread is to die for! Trust me you need to try this place!

I got the So Cal Breakfast Sandwich and a cappuccino. It was good, the salsa that they use is definitely way better than most other places. But not sure the food makes justice to the prices. But you should still try it and decide it for yourself. read more

Had some outdoor seating in an enclosed area. Good breakfast food! Quick service. Got the eggs in a bowl and cappuccino.

I have sentimental attachments to summers, so I was a little startled when I popped by here and realised the ownership and menu flipped; but even so I found the food to be equally delicious, though slightly different than the old juice-driven options. I'm not going to lie and say I adore it as much as Summers, but that's likely due to a mixture of nostalgia and you know, feels that have nothing to do with the quality of an establishment per se. The coffee, roasted by devocion, is as good as you'd expect. Prices are on par with other similar options in the area, and service is prompt and friendly. Zero complaints, though this old lady does miss her old haunts read more

No 'wow' factor, but certainly nothing to complain about here. More than solid breakfast options and a friendly staff, as well.

This is my go to place for a healthy and happy start to my day. The breakfast burrito is delicious and hearty. The staff, including the cooks, are just super friendly. For those trying for Keto or Whole30 lifestyle, there are lots of great options here...my favorite is "Eggs in a Cup". read more

They consistently serve old, hard dry crusty bread! Second time ordering. This time for breakfast plate and turkey blt and BOTH had hard dry bread! Imagine trying to bite through turkey rhat is already rubbery and then a layer of dry ass bread. Not to mention the iceberg on the sandwich. Iceberg lettuce??!! I can't remember The last time I ordered a sandwich other than sub and it came with iceberg. That has to be the laziest and cheapest thing a restaurant can do. Like, why?? So disappointed. read more

My boyfriend's decided he's only going to drink juice for a while. Like my cat, I can't eat alone, so I figured I'd starve to death. Most places only have delicious eggs OR delicious smoothies and juice. Weekends has both and delivers super fast. I'm confident they'll be hearing from me a lot as we go through this difficult time. read more

Love the breakfast tacos. Not enough places have this delectable treat, I wish that wasn't the case. Either way. Thank you. Cortado + Breakfast tacos = great way to start the day. read more

This place is flames! Every breakfast sandwich is amazing (I got the one with bacon and peppers and avocado). The staff is really nice. The WiFi is solid. I didn't have any tea but heard great reviews. This is a solid breakfast spot and a good place to catch up on work / emails. So much love! read more

I am absolutely in love with the So Cal Breakfast Sandwich omg so full of flavor I have to stop myself from ordering a few days a week!

We ordered delivery from here and it took 2 hours for a breakfast burrito, a salad, and 2 coffees. The coffees were cold and terrible. The food was fine but I'd advise against delivery if you want to receive your food when it's warm. read more

The food is solid. The coffee is good. Just do not order delivery from this place. I've given this place several tries because I genuinely like the coffee, but they have actually never gotten my order right. Items are always missing. Instructions aren't followed. Coffee is packaged poorly and leeks all over the food. It's a mess. Writing this more as a reminder to myself for when I inevitably end up finding this place on Uber eats again in 6 months and wondering if it's worth a shot. It's not. Go in person or order something else. read more
