I had an unidentified weed come up across my yard and they were able to identify it, treat it, and get rid of it at no extra charge to me on my pre-paid plan. Another thing I love is the text messages they send the day before a treatment - it helps me ensure I know they're coming and keep the kids inside just for the treatment. Their products are pet and kid safe after just a little while and I really appreciate that! I would 100% recommend them - in fact, I just finished pre-paying for this next year.

In March the lawn is not completed grown in, there are bare spots so wind will blow off pellets. Lawn didn't seem to be responding to fertilizer, so I called and requested they re apply it due to the wind. they refused. -Pre emergent did not work (Prob due to the wind after application). Lawn full of crabgrass. I called the office and told them I had crabgrass. Tech came out. Said he didn't see anything. I said there is crabgrass all over the lawn. He said he would check it out, but if it is crabgrass he didn't have anything in the truck for it. I called shortly after he left and he said it was crabgrass. A few days later it was not dying I called the office asked if he used the right weed killer they said no. So he knew he had nothing to kill it with, but did nothing. They sent a new tech out. Things were going pretty well, lawn was looking better. - I was told I should aerate and seed in the fall. I set it up with another company since they had better equipment. Turfcare applied the final fertilizer and weed killer mid september in preparation for the seeding. 3ish days later, half my lawn erupted with quack grass!!! I was then told there was nothing they could do, because you can't spray quackgrass without killing the lawn and I should NOT aerate and seed because the quackgrass would spread. I was left with my lawn ruined and no option. -But wait, a manager (Ashe) came out and looked at my lawn and said it was too late in the year, but they would aerate/seed in the spring at NO CHARGE to me. I thought, ok lets give this a chance. we talked several times about the order/timing of applications to avoid killing new grass in spring. I asked him several times, "no charge right?" he said yes. I had to continually reach out to him asking for this "spring plan." finally 2 months later, right before thanksgiving he emailed me a "spring plan." In the email, the plan hiked me up from the Silver plan to the most expensive Platinum plan, after his "discounts", it was $700 for 2026!!! $300 more than last year! He included liquid aeration which we never spoke about. I was charged around $450 the previous season on the Silver Plan, which should have been the same for 2026, since there was no charge for the aeration/seeding. I feel like he was stringing me along for 2 months saying no charge for the aeration/seeding, and he was lying. It's bad enough that my lawn was RUINED with quack grass (and also other weed grasses) which I never had in my lawn before, but to string me along for 2 months saying no additional charge and then to charge me is horrible. I'm a senior and I don't appreciate following after this guy for 2 months to get this set up for 2026 and then have him do this to me. Bottom line, cant trust them to do the job right. Can't trust the techs or the managers. I really need natural fertilizer for health reasons. I REALLY wanted this to work out well. Since I watered consistently all summer and this happened after the final fertilizer/weed application, I think there were weed seeds in the fertilizer. So disappointed.

Joe & Nick were great!…read more Tactical Wildlife Control came out after I saw a squirrel attempting to make a nest in the soffit after part of the fascia pulled away after the wind storm. Joe ensured that there weren't any squirrels in the soffit and nailed the fascia. I scheduled an appointment to have the area cleaned and sanitized. Nick came out a couple of days later and performed the service. Everyone at Tactical Wildlife has been professional and courteous. It is hard to find a company in the service industry with these values. I highly recommend them.

Worst customer service ever! Broken promises abound! Promises to call back that wouldn't happen,…read moreappointment made and just never showed up. When I called to ask where they were they wanted to push the appointment because of a family emergency. Ok fine, but not call to reschedule or just let us know that they had a problem is inexcusable. I originally contacted them on Friday. It was an emergency because some insects had/were building a large nest in our roof soffit. The nest had actually caused the soffit to fall and had an opening to our attic. We needed someone ASAP. They said they would call back and let me know. They didn't. I called again. They said maybe late Friday and they would call to let me know. They didn't. I called again. They were running behind they would call me back. This time they did and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. As mentioned above the technician had a family emergency but didn't let either us or his office know that he couldn't make it. Besides that when he finally did call he wanted to push the appointment again. I was very frustrated at this point and pushed to understand why nobody called to let know there was a problem. I really wanted this issue taken care of and he wanted to put me off again! Then he hung up on me! The office called back and talked me into waiting for an appointment on Monday. They offered to waive the inspection fee and reduce the overall service fee - which I didn't even know how much would be yet. Then on Monday I called as agreed to tell them what time I would be home. They said okay they would call right back with a time. An hour and half later they still hadn't. I was done. Called to say that I no longer wished for them to come out. They apologized again and said they were really busy and running late. They offered to send someone early Tuesday morning. Too little, too late. If they are that busy they certainly don't need my business.

I can say this enough, reputability is everything and finding a pest control company who will actually do their job seemed to be harder than we thought. So thankfully we got a referral to a company and I have to say, they didn't seem like they had everything in place at first but since they came highly recommend we gave them a shot. The outcome was great, they got out issue under control right away, and their customer care was better than most large companies. We are currently using them to maintenance all our units and everything has been perfect. in closing, I think they're worth the money since the result and customer service has been better than other pest control companies we have using in the past.
