She was so lovely, supportive, and game to pull new things based on feedback on the dresses I'd already tried on. She was super conscious of budget, friendly to my guests and me, and truly just brought the best vibes. I love the dress I landed on, but one of my only regrets is not being able to give Caroline the sale.

They made the process stress-free and helped me find a dress that felt truly "me." But then came the owner. Cold, dismissive, and frankly rude. I noticed she was warm and chatty with other customers, which made the shift in energy even more uncomfortable -- and I think my consultant quietly noticed it too. By the time this experience happened (months later), I was too close to my wedding (and too far into the alteration process) to walk away. It's such a shame, because the rest of the team was incredible. But one negative interaction can sour the entire experience, especially for something as emotional as wedding dress shopping.
