They were amazing for both my stylish son, and my hard to fit body! They had a great selection of styles, they carry their own inventory in-stock, and the prices were very fair. It is a business where attention to detail is everything and they were so attentive- checking the sleeve length, making sure the pant length is correct, triple checking that all the accessories are there and operable. I cannot recommend them enough and am super happy that I have a great place to go to get my next tuxedo!

Suits, dress shirts, a blazer, ties, a pocket square, and belts. Even a trendy umbrella I purchased back in 2017. Everything is custom-fit and custom-made from the highest quality standard materials that I've ever seen. I love the process from start to finish. Going through the books and samples and picking out the materials and designs. Coming in for the fittings. And then eventually walking out with my new swag and then wearing it for the first time. Just as impressive is the customer service and pride they take in their work. I'm not a celebrity or Fortune 500 executive, but that's how the staff have made me feel each and every time I've spent my money here. Stop in and ask for Cathy. You can thank me here later. Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with Richard Bennett Tailors and do not recommend them…read more I had a custom suit of theirs dropped off for alterations in April 2026 and was assured they would be ready for a June event. They were then unresponsive after several (4+) repeated emails and a phone call and they did not have the suit ready by the deadline, so I had to get a suit from a different shop. They then assured me that they would have the alterations finished 2 weeks afterwards in June. It is now September 2026 and they have let me know that they did not even start these alterations. More broadly, It has been over a year since the construction of the suit and Richard Bennet Tailors does not have a suit that fits me yet. I do not have confidence in this tailor based on my personal experience and am quite disappointed. I write this wishing that the experience was instead positive.

She never mentioned the delay until I got there as she figure she would wing it with her in house tux which were all basically crap. Best decision I could have made working with Zach and Kirsten throughout the process from the initial online form inquiry all the way until the final measurements, suit and custom shoe pickup. Kirsten's initial response laid out details about the first consultation, how the first fitting would work after that, an rough estimate of investment ranges and then what a second fitting would work after that. They are both incredibly detail oriented both when it comes to creating the perfect custom clothing but also when it comes to getting to know/care for their customers. Every time I had an appointment, it felt like walking in to meet with two friends or family members. They gave great suggestions in terms of designing the suit but ultimately left the decision up to me to make. They also kept things very simple for someone like myself who had never purchased custom clothing, which made me feel at ease in a situation where it could be very easy to feel intimidated. Another thing that I appreciated as well as that they kept me up to date on the timing of the arrival of my order and since I decided late to add on custom shoes, even give me a heads up before I made the purchase and again when the deadline for arrival was getting closer that they may not make it, so it gave me a chance to have a back up pair at the ready just in case. Thank you Kirsten and Zach for a wonderful experience, absolutely amazing suit and custom shoes and for being such an important part in our special day.

Well. . . after I spoke with all the vendors (where one of the DJs talked about rape to me) and then went to a fashion show where the MC ranted about Yelp reviews being scams and how you "just can't please everyone" for about 5 minutes, I made my way to the door to turn in my passport card I had everyone fill out and received my promised shopping spree certificate. I knew it sounded too good to be true, and it was. It was the definition of a gimmick, but even worse than a "spend a lot to save a little" coupon, the "gift certificate" was an enrollment in a savings club where they wanted my credit card information to charge me a $60 enrollment fee to get some sort of vauge savings on something. Don't go to this show. If I were an exhibitor, I'd find another company in which to associate my business. The only plus is I may have found a limousine company. . . maybe.
