BTW, something I want to emphasise that Mari does that I have not seen at other locations is that Mari verifies the e-mail that the customer writes down to ensure photos are sent to the correct address so there is no confusion. We recommend going to this store as I personally believe she should be teaching customer service classes to other branches.
