I left a note on their tools that they left in the buildings hallway to "please not ring my doorbell anymore" as it was becoming a nuiscance especially so early in the morning. The note was placed on my door and my car was keyed. Little do they know i have cameras in my car because of past vandalism and will be checking the tape ASAP and filing charges and suing these low lifes. We contacted B&B in the Spring of 2016 ( yes 2016), to have glass installed in 3 new bathrooms in…read moreour newly remodeled home. Scott Bauer provided a quote and insisted on 50% payment upfront. Then the delays began. We were able to get one shower installed during the Summer of 2016, an upstairs bath. However, we have found there is a chip in the top of one glass panel, which will require repair or replacement. Then Scott Bauer became unavailable and did not respond to phone calls. He would not provide a work schedule. The second shower glass unit, in our master bath was finally installed around November 2016, but the door hardware , handles and door sweep are missing. Now, we have discovered that the door has sagged and will not close . It's a year later (2017) and Scott does not respond to our calls. He is always making excuses why he can't perform. However, we know he is doing jobs everyday around us. Our guest bathroom is unusable without its shower unit . This has been paid in full in 2016. Scott Bauer is a dishonest and irrational individual who should not be licensed in any state to do business. He is a thief and should be in jail. We strongly suggest not contacting B&B Glass .
