After full payment for services in the thousands to Isabella Antella, My site was hacked after they transferred my website domain to the wrong server by "accident". Then they requested my login credentials, after I already gave them complete access to manage my account. For some unknown reason, this time it wasn't good enough, even though after consulting godaddy and I was informed this is definitely not the case and to not give anyone even my web designers my login pin or credentials because of the potential risks involved. That they have enough access to do their jobs as is. After already being a victim of hackers and "accidents" I decided to raise my concerns about security and giving up my passwords. I was bullied, told to hurry up and give up the passwords if I wanted my site fixed and hung up on, my site and content was pulled down from the web and then i was sent a text message. The response is totally a description of the companies position and comes from the head programmer Pedro himself.
"Just to be clear the only people playing games and trying to f*ck you are your own employees....those dead beats that work for you. I can understand your paranoia and delusion given your experience with the first web designer you hired. But to turn and insult the only people that actually got the job done for you is ludicrous and in all honesty bad business. We don't have time to waste on paranoid losers and wanna be entrepreneurs. If you know what is need and what isn't to fix your website you are more than welcome to do it yourself. Maybe when you figure out what the f*ck is going on you might realize that we were trying to help you. My guess is that this web is going to stay as it is. I think you too often overestimate the value of this little operation you are running. NO one is interested in any aspect of your "business". Karma is a bitch I guess you are going to stay f*cked and keep getting f*cked. Have a great year too." Pedro
Awesome customer service and great insight into the leadership and care they have for their clients and fully paid customers. I'm at a loss for words by the unprofessional actions and responses. Proceed at your own risk, I've noticed web designers are like shady mechanics, they overcharge for limited work and the chances of you finding an honest one with integrity is almost the same as hitting the lotto. I would recommend them to my competition, enemies and rivals for sure. read more
