OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Our company just changed the name from Taylor Foundations and Construction to Professional Foundation Repair and Construction. In order to get our Google, WC, GL, and Auto Insurances switched to the new name we had to have the office door reflect the change ASAP. I messaged a few graphic design company's to get a quote. They had the fastest response time and the best quote. I asked if they could come out same day but it was already mid workday but they told me the following day first thing in the morning they would be there. Lauren one of their graphic design professionals showed up on time with a smile on her face. She provided the best customer service. I informed her my boss was a little OCD when it came to things being 100% centered lol. She reassured me that it was her job to make sure it was perfect. I continued to work as she worked on getting the signage on perfect. Lauren was measuring everything out to a T and adjusting as needed. She even went out of her way t have to check it out to make sure the boss man would approve. Once all signage was on the door she cleaned the work space and informed me of her completion. She provided the invoice and I gave her the check for the amount. This company provides great customer service from the initial message, the back and forth emails with proofs provided, and the final product. To add a cherry on top Lauren informed me that if my boss wasn't happy she would be back to make any necessary changes. Once I sent a picture to my boss he LOVED IT!! I highly recommend using this company for any graphic design services you may need. We will definitely be contacting them for new company banners, flyers, and various other items we need.
