Unethical business & poor customer service. I'm approaching my 2nd month in attempting to secure my…read morerefund for an incomplete order. I paid for 72 units for printing, though have only fulfilled 48 units for printing to date. Ignacio, the owner, was initially responsive and seemingly willing to help reconcile my order and issue a refund payment for the difference...but has since completely ignored my multiple requests for follow up/action. I've called, emailed and texted and have yet to receive a response and/or refund. Ignacio was more than eager to take my money for the initial order, where now I'm being outright ignored when I'm due money back. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this business and it's unethical practices and would advise all prospective customers to take their business elsewhere.

This review is long overdue. We were planning our annual earth day event (~2,000 attendance) at…read morework and had ordered shirts for volunteers/staff from a website. We told them we needed the shirts by a certain date. Long story short, they did not come through. We realized the day before our event that we would not have shirts on time. The company kept lying about the delivery and tracking status. So eventually at around 10 am the day before my event I found Kustom Life. They promised me they could get over 200 shirts completed by the end of the day. I put my faith in them and I'm so glad I did... First off, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. they kept me updated throughout the day. Next, their shirt quality was out of this world comfy. I don't ever keep my old volunteer shirts because they're rough... not these. these were super soft and the price difference was minimal! Best of all they're LOCAL. no need to ship across the country. They offered to deliver but we picked up. I am so happy with Kustom Life. I will keep them in mind for any other project we have because they definitely made me look good. They are worth every penny. Thank you Kustom Life crew.

I had a small job of embroidering eight jackets with a one week turnaround. Overall the process was…read morevery collaborative. I live close by so I dropped off my jackets, picked out my thread, and determined placement in person. The shop is small, so I recommend taping out your placement prior to arrival. If you're working purely online, Dave is very quick to send pictures with measurements and sample placements. When it came to picking the color of the embroidery, I really appreciate the range that was available. I think I chose from 10 gold shades. After I left, Dave mentioned that we should choose a secondary color for the shading on the logo. I gave him executive power and he did a great job. He also changed the direction of the embroidery on the shadows to really make it pop. Such a subtle detail, yet gorgeous finish. Dave and Miguel run Psalm 27 Ink together, Miguel having decades of experience. Both are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to making apparel. I hope to utilize them for digital to film (DTF) printing in the future. They also can help source apparel if you need help. Looking forward to continuing to work together!
