My experience at Lytle Screen Printing was extremely disappointing. When I tried to discuss the poor quality of embroidery on a hat design I waited a month for with no communication, the manager/owner responded unprofessionally by yelling at me and telling me to never return. His lack of professionalism and poor management skills were shocking and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against choosing Lytle Screen Printing for anyone seeking respectful customer service or quality embroidered craftsmanship. It was clear that no complaint was welcomed or taken seriously. Like the boss said, I will never be coming back there for business. read more

Made a mistake on the color ..printed the wrong logo on the wrong sizes ..had to delay an important shirt event.. after it was fixed ..men's shirt of course fit fine but the women's tank poor thin quality and run small ..way too expensive for the mistake delay and quality read more

Replied fast during business days, was able to call quickly and get a response, let them know that a deadline was approaching and got it done in a day (after I had dropped it off for a week). Met with representative from Lytle requesting embroidery of my company logo. Dropped off several samples as a reference. After two weeks I never heard from them and called to see what progress had been made. They had done nothing. Waited another week and still no response. Called and requested to pick up my samples. Pick up my samples and one was missing. I was advised my sample embroidery would be ready the next day. It's been over a month and I have never heard from them! Sad! I have been coming to Lytle Screen Printing for many years, as my two grandchildren were growing up.
