No stars if I could . We paid Beanoh 1,000 for a bulk order a year and a half ago. We have not received our order or a refund despite multiple attempts to get in touch with him. Every time we try to go to the location it is closed. Complete scam and 1,000$ was stolen. Still waiting to get this rectified. Update : miraculously we were contacted after leaving this comment. He said he did not want to give us the product after waiting for communication / or literally anything for a year and half and just gave us a refund. More than likely had nothing made for us to begin with. The audacity to act like we were in the wrong when we have been waiting for SO LONG for literally anything. An update or something. To preface I was not a customer. They wouldn't take my order bc they only do "bulk orders" They told me this after I explained that my son is on an all star soccer team and last night everyone got their pullover w their name and number on it. But for my son they messed up and put another player name on my sons jersey. My son was crying last night as all the other kids were excited. I get it. I own businesses too. But what this númbnut doesn't get is that by doing good will, it brings even more business. Now whenever I do get uniforms and marketing for my company and employees. I'll go somewhere else. Literally the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. We ordered a tablecloth for an event this weekend. The order was put in over a week in advance and Chris the current owner said it would be done no problem. Instead he forgot about our order despite giving him numerous phone calls to remind him. The night before our event when he said it would be done, he said it had been forgotten. Then he said it would be done on the morning of my event and he would drop it off. It wasn't done until 12:30pm and then to top it off he was late to drop it off and we had to leave. Here we are at our event with no tablecloth. To top it off when I called to ask where he was, he laughed at us and admitted he was way later than he said he was. Terrible business. Never using him again read more

I've been dealing with the new owner Alvino for over 3 months now, with my brand, and til this day continuing to work together. He always meets his deadlines, and is always available, at all times of the day, even though I'm not that kind of customer, but I know and see his work ethic. He's got competitive prices, and even better quality, and good customer service. He might be a little too "curt" for some people, but he conducts himself in a professional manner. First I gotta say the guy who was incharge of the orders during the old owner is great worker and dedicated to his job, doesn't complain works harder than anyone I know and is HELPFUL when there is something you don't know or simply need information. Needed t shirts for my son for a training camp with his name on front and back. Of course, he needed them in a week. Called around and this place was one of the 2 cheapest but definitely the most helpful. He even threw in an extra shirt for free since I bought 9. They were done on time and looked good. After washing them, 2 had a little peeling on the letters but the rest have held up great. Don't let the fact they are a small out of the way shop stop you from using this place, they are very nice and get the job done. read more
