When I picked the trophy that I think would be great for my fantasy football league, I worked out the details in regards to getting name plates for past winners and engraving their names on the plates. That was pretty much it in terms of creating my own custom trophy. I came back after two weeks and my trophy was all finished and ready or pickup. Overall, I was impressed by the customer service, since I was particular in what I wanted for my trophy. She answered any questions I had and listened to what specifications I had in mind.
