Don't get fooled by the good reviews. The bad ones are out there too, now I know and we all complain about the same thing: lack of customer service and they never ship! Finally cancelled my order after waiting 2 weeks. Their customer service didn't answer repeated calls during those two weeks, their voicemail said they were closed due to bad weather but I checked and the weather was fine in PA. Finally got through to a customer service guy who claimed they sent me an email to confirm and I didn't respond. A) If I already paid and uploaded my prescription, if you already gave me an order number, why did you need me to call to confirm? B) *Never* got email C) Customer "care" sucks. Unless you want to wait around for weeks without receiving anything and unable to get in touch with these clouds, I suggest buying elsewhere. read more

It's the second time I make an order with them and I must say customer service was amazing. Shortly after my order I received an update the lenses were out of stock and would arrive later than expected. Due to my travel plans I would have missed the delivery. They managed to find them in stock elsewhere, changed the shipping charge for free (to faster delivery) and I received them in time for my trip. I ordered contact lenses. Send me wrong brand name wrong AXIS and DIA of both eyes!. And they weren't responsible for return shipping. Customer services were so bad. Do not buy with them. I go with another company, opticontacts, no wrong contact lenses anymore. read more

Don't order contact lenses from Webeyecare if you actually want to receive the lenses. They charged my credit card immediately and promised the lenses would ship for three consecutive days. When they never shipped, they told me they were back ordered and can't give me a straight answer as to when they'll ship. I will never order from them again. read more

I guess I've fallen to the "10 days later and still no contacts & my status sits at "OPEN" I should have read the reviews before ordering. I've uploaded the prescription again, and still nothing. I ordered the contacts on January 29th, here we are the end of the day February 8th, and still status = open. I don't care if they are the best price. Paying less and not getting the contacts.... How is that a good thing? I guess it's the ole adage, you get what you pay for... I just hopes that if the contacts ever do arrive, that it's the poor service and not poor quality contacts is the price differentiator. read more

Beware when ordering online from here. Their promotions, discounts, and earned rewards are never applied. when you order, the base price is always increased to apply the supposed promotions, discounts and rewards. I realized this when I placed an order NOT USING ANY DISCOUNT OR PROMOTION CODES AND NOT APPLYING ANY REWARDS, and the total amount was EXACTLY the same if I placed the order using promotions, discounts and rewards. their bottom line is FIXED and everything else is applied to keep the bottom line the SAME! read more

Ordered on a Monday, and by Wednesday, they said it was ready to ship and would ship that day. By Friday, they said it "probably" shipped Wed but they couldn't tell and didn't have a tracking number yet, and couldn't say more than that because the "main" team had gone home already at 4pm (even though their business hours state 8pm). The following Monday they said it was shipping that day instead and they had no idea what the delay was. I paid for expedited shipping and a $30 "processing fee", only to have my order sitting "ready to ship" for 5 days. read more

There are a lot of places to buy contacts- it is a commodity so you should shop for the best price or biggest coupon- webeyecare managed to have the cheapest price and best customer service. Their inventory must be close because I received the order in only two days, two days faster than promised. Excellent logistics system. There was one cheaper price, and I ordered from it, but the provider didnt have inventory and didnt tell me until I inquired a week later. Webeyecare looks excellent in comparison. read more

I do not recommend doing business with WebEyeCare, based on my experience with them. And I will not do any more business with them, and make sure people I know do not either. I placed my order for contacts. The confirmation said I should receive my order between 5 and 10 days. I never received any information about the status of my order, which after I called them myself, they told me that I was. I double checked to make sure I am right. No, I was not. Once I finally called them they said my optometrist said that the prescription was expired. I never received that my former optometrist didn't approve this. As a result, I never received any information from them and, when asked to get the processing fee refunded after the order was cancelled, they refused to do so. After squinting for a whole 2 weeks I've finally had enough and ordered contacts from Webeyecare. The website is generally good and easy to navigate, I found what I needed and uploaded my subscription. The price they offer is great if you are buying small amounts like me (90 dailies/box, I got 1 box for each eye). I could've found a better price if I bought more at once but I go to a boarding school and I didn't want to carry around 6 boxes of contacts in my suitcase. Generally, it was fast and easy, if they keep it up with the low price (which some customers have reviewed that the price when you reorder goes up a lot) then I would buy from them again. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST I placed an order and submitted my prescription for my order. First, it took a week for them to verify my address because I had left out the apartment number and they did not even reach out to contact to me. They charged my card immediately and then told me my order was confirmed so I thought nothing of it and waited over a week before I had to call in about the status and was told that was the reason. After that, they shipped out 2 boxes (1 per eye) and sent the wrong prescription for one of them. They apologized and said they would be sending out replacements instead. I received trial lenses from a discontinued contact lens model instead of what I actually paid for. When I requested a refund, I was told it was not possible because the boxes were opened even though one "box" were trial lenses. read more

I ordered lenses from their website on 04/22, and they charged the money immediately. on 05/03, I didn't hear from them, so I called them and they told me it is back-ordered, and they promise to ship it out on 05/11 for sure. However, I still didn't hear from them and called them again on 05/12. A customer representative told me it is delayed, so they may ship it out after 05/21, but not sure. Wtf?! That means I had to wait like 5 weeks or longer to be able to receive my f*king lenses, and it is not even guaranteed. Are you kidding? This is the worst online experience I've ever had in my life. *It seems like a scam. There were no updated emails regarding delay * They do charge extra processing fees. My order is like $260, they charge $59 as an extra processing fee. Be aware! Don't be fooled by their online reviews. Eventually, I gave up and just asked for a full refund.
