I inquired if they had a service for repairs and the associate told me she could take care of it for me in less than ten minutes and not to go too far. She saw that my case that held the glasses was damaged and without me asking gave me a new one. This Warby Parker is located in the Promenade in Dresher. A very nice area to shop, eat, and perhaps do some grocery shopping as they have a Sprout's nearby as well. This office came highly recommended by a friend. Dr. Dawn made time for her on the schedule and got her in right away, even as a new patient. She was so thorough and calm throughout the entire exam. My daughter and I left reassured and with a list of things to watch for in the coming days. She took her time and made the entire situation so much less scary. She even gave my daughter an eye exam while we were there and although she doesn't need glasses, she will be our eye doctor going forward! Even the front desk staff was kind and accommodating (I find this to be especially hard to find these days!). Doctors like this are rare and I am so happy to have her in our arsenal.

When you drive to the new location it says they are open and I never knew, as a long time patient that they closed their new location until I called them to schedule an appointment. Also I know Dr. Lipman was looking to retire and had limited availability but was willing to see the new doctor they had recently hired. When I did schedule at their new location two years ago, it was under new management/ownership, but the new doctor they had was very unprofessional throughout my appointment and treated the staff terribly, I heard she no longer worked there when I called to make an appointment earlier this year, but had to cancel due to being sick. As a long time patient, I would have appreciated a heads up that they were temporarily closing this location as Pottstown is too far for me to travel for an eye exam. It looks like they will be reopening the Lansdale location again in September. I hope they contact their patients to let them know this directly instead of finding out just by searching. As I have been there forever, finding a new eye doctor and starting over it will be a lot so I am hoping they reopen, otherwise I might need to find somewhere else to go.

My insurance covers visits with $10 co pay, told them my provider over the phone, everything was fine. Then we get there and it's a bait and switch. Such a waste of time, tried to up sell us to a $45 full retina thing. For a 6 year old it didn't seem necessary and when we tried to say no thank you it became "they don't schedule regular appointments on weekends so it's $45 or nothing." Felt slimy and sale-sly.
