The instructor ( Joanna) created instruction manual's for everyone in the class. The class included Reiki history, and Reiki practice exercise and everything that you would need to practice Reiki for yourself and others. The instructor was always available for any question that I had even outside of the class. I have a child with Autism and aggression, my family and I were under a lot of stress. I was amazed how much Joanna cared about my family and atoned my autistic son to Reiki 1. Once my son was atoned he no longer hit and we were able to calm him down a lot better. Everyday my son and I practice Reiki and this has been such a healing experience for myself and my family.
