My fiancé and I first stopped in as we saw many eye catching frames ! He purchased a pair of sun…read moreglasses that were very unique. Alex was very helpful and the prices were reasonable. He really knows the brands that are sold( material, lens, how it's made , style, etc). I decided to go for my two year eye exam since I thought the frames offered were very stylish and different. The ophthalmologist had the best manner I've ever encountered which made having my eye dilated less torturing. Now, I'm not very decisive and have a petite face . Alex pulled out so many frames with such patience. He was the first person to offer me glasses that fit my face without my eye lashes brushing on the lens (which I thought were normal and no one from my usual eye wear store noted or made such a recommendation ). This was life changing ! I can now blink without my lashes lightly brushing against the lens! He noted the bridge of my nose to help steer me on frames that wouldn't fit correctly on my face. I then decided to try on sun glasses, again, Alex was so patient ! He took the time and effort to help me decide on a stylish, comfortable, and right size frame for my face! If you're looking for new glasses or eye frames -- I would recommend to stop by. This place really pays attention to the profile of your face to help you find your perfect frames !

Alex has helped me with glasses for over 20 years; always helpful and patient! However, when I…read morereturned to pick out an additional pair of sun glasses the woman at the next desk treated me like I was too much of a bother. I had chosen two models of frames and asked to have Alex please help me choose between the two, since he knows what I like and what looks good. She refused to ask him. I said I could come back another day when he can help me with that and she said do not to even try! "He doesn't help at his desk anymore!" That cold answer was a wake up call for sure, so I have since purchased two new pairs elsewhere. (Alex was always helpful, so if you decide to go there, ask for him. He's hard working and kind). If you are a male you'll likely have better service from that women). Bye Alex. Have a safe and fun vacation!

Pros: Victor (owner) does seem overwhelmingly friendly... at least before they get your money…read more thats about it. Cons: The selection of frames is VERY limited. Compare this store to a real upscale optical store and you will see the difference. Most of the frames they do carry are close-outs. In other words they specialize in older style frames that they acquire at huge discount. However, it does NOT reflect their prices. Their prices are even higher than at most other stores. I made a huge mistake by filing my RX prescriptions at this store. They were supposed to get done in 3 days. When I stopped by in 3 days they told me that they were overwhelmed with orders and simply didnt have a chance to work on my order yet. Another week passed... they never called. When I confronted them again, they actually told me that they lost my frame!!! VERY dishonest people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Take your business somewhere else.
