My family and I have eaten at Weber's-Arnold on several occasions. It has been a decent experience in the past. I can't say it was really good or really bad. My husband picked up two family style salads and a pizza on his way home today. I was shocked at the salads... small portions that we're entirely soggy/ mushy and drenched in a water liquid, not at all edible (also increased the price by $1/each). I drove back to Weber's to return the salads for a refund. The bartender didn't seem very concerned. She insincerely said "sorry" and tried to defend the salads by stating they are pre-tossed in advance. I don't understand this type of service. Never owned how awful the salads looked, never said they would talk with the kitchen, never apologized for the drive back I made, never offered to replace the salads for better, never offered an appetizer compensate for the inconvenience . That's it. I was refunded and sent on my way. I can honestly say that I will NOT be a customer of Weber's again. It's unfortunate, I was excited when they opened in our area. read more

3 of us went to Weber's on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately and our server immediately asked for our drink order. She was on the ball throughout our time there. We ordered the appetizer sampler platter of toasted ravioli, Jamaican wings, onion rings, and chicken strips @ 12.99...it was awful. Nothing remotely Jamaican about the wings and everything else on the platter tasted and looked as if sitting around under a heat lamp for way too long. The patty melt, BLT and burger were all good as were the home made chips. Free refills on soda All an all it was OK, but we probably will not go back anytime soon. It's close and that's a plus. If you know what Jamaica sauce is do not order the wings...really bad. read more

My family and I absolutely LOVE Weber's on Sunday Morning! We love walking in and everyone knowing you. Leo that makes the omelets and waffles is fantastic!! It's always a welcome place to go and the food is great. The buffet isn't huge, but it has everything that a breakfast buffet needs. We go every week and look forward to it every time. They also have great specials during the week. It's a fun atmosphere and a great bar and grill! They have a great deal on their wings when you purchase the big order. They also have a great backroom for private parties. My family is always looking for great value in this economy. Weber's has found loyal customers in us because they treat their customers well and provide a great value. read more

First of all the waitress did not know how big the quesadilla appetizer was.. It actually wasn't bad.. it was a 12 inch tortilla with chicken and peppers and cheese and tomatoes and sour cream on the side.. but not worth $8 .. I actually came in looking for a nice steak but they only have one on the menu and it's called The King Kut.. the waitress was not sure how many ounces and she could not compare it to the size of her hand or my hand it was smaller than a pack of cigarettes the two sides the roasted broccoli wasn't bad .. the stuffed mashed potatoes very small portion and was way over priced at $13 my ex-wife could burn the steak as bad as this one was charred on the outside very rare in the middle.. so the next time I'm passing through Arnold I might just stop at Waffle House instead read more

Late night dinner with my husband and daughter. I ordered the steak sandwich which was so tender and delicious. It is served on garlic cheese bread with a side of chipotle mayonnaise. I also ordered the house made chips which were perfectly fried and salted. The meal was perfect. My husband got the pork tenderloin sandwich with tater tots. This sandwich is also cooked on cheese garlic bread. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned with a cajun seasoning. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was attentive and so accommodating. There are so many different choices on the menu and you have a choice of bar seating or restaurant seating. They also have a separate room for parties. The newly covered patio adds yet another seating option, perfect for the upcoming fall evenings. Weber's also has a breakfast buffet on the weekends. They only serve until 12 but it's so reasonable at just $7.99 and well worth it. Ordered take out for my daughter before she worked a double shift. Placed an order at 10:55 am with Shane. 35 minutes later, it still was not ready and my daughter needed be at work at 11:45. Shane was rude, disrespectful and gave an excuse that their computer system was down. (I don't recall needing a computer to make a burger and fries.) When my daughter finally got her food it was good but unfortunately she didn't have time to eat it. I don't recommend take out at the Chesterfield location and I don't recommend sitting at the bar. This is one of my go-to's for a quick, good dinner. I generally like this location more than the original in Websters, though I can't really put my finger on why I think that. I know what to expect here, which is fairly fast service, food is always good, and I never get stuck waiting for a new beer or refill, or waiting for the check at the end. They get you in and out, which I can appreciate. Good happy hour specials too. read more

Had bad experience tonight at webers. Really wouldn't bother me if I never went there again and I have ate there once a week for the last year. Our waitress who I will not name should learn to be a little more proactive with her customers and listen to them when they are speaking to you. More than once our waitress walked away and I was still talking to her, she really didn't care. If it was up to me I would not have even left you a tip, but your lucky it wasn't up to me to leave the tip tonight. read more

This place is a joke... Sorry but I've been here on two occasions and my visits were at least a year apart. (It took that long for me to want to give them another shot) while the details of my first visit have long since been forgotten, my experience there on Friday at 4:00 were ridiculous. So we ordered drinks and appetizers to test the waters. Two types of nachos on menu $6 with chili or $10 with steak or chicken. Went for the $10 w/ steak. BIG mistake corn chips , can cheese sauce, and well done shoe leather being sold as steak. This would have been enough to send us packing but they add about half a can of corn over the top of this. No salsa, no peppers, no onions....CANNED CORN. Can't even begin to imagine what the genius that thought this was a good idea. Paid the bill and left. How is this place still open? Service was barely average but with stuff like this being served no decent waitstaff would stick around. read more

My girl and I went there 9-08-12. We were seated right away and that's where it ended. We sat there and watched the two female servers bullshit with one another for at least ten minutes. There was another male server and he seemed to be on the move. Meanwhile we haven't received as much as a hello. A glass of water would have been nice even but I guess bullshitting with one another comes first for the servers. What topped our afternoon there was when two different tables were seated after us and they were taken care of within 5 minutes or so. Go to Cafe Afton instead of this place. It is right around the corner and they have excellent food and great service. That is what we did. I would have given this place a negative star if I could have. 20 minutes of my time wasted. I wanted to give Webers a second chance. I took my family there about a year ago and was disappointed in the plates they were using to serve people at the breakfast buffet. The plates needed to be replaced. They had heavy utensil marks. They were very used and needed to be thrown away and replaced with new ones. I had stated my opinion to the manager and she (I guess) took this under advisement. My family went again this past Sunday, July 22. I walked back to look at the plates, just to my surprise the same freakin plates from a year ago. The plates are so unappealing that I can not put my food on it. If management can''t use common sense to notice that these plates need to be replaced, then I dont need to eat there. I will not go back. I am disappointed because this is so close to home, however there are many places to eat breakfast in Arnold or Imperial. And thats just what I will do. Webers you had your chance and you screwed it up again. read more

Never will go here first and last time! Went for the breakfast buffet and waited for 20 min the host was a young blonde kid airhead that had no clue on what was going on and who she needed to seat. The deal breaker was when I was in line for the dirty spilled over messy buffet hot table a male employee came out with a big plate of bacon and brought it to a customer and the customer took a Clawhand amount of the bacon on the plate while the employee held it and then when the customer got his fill the employee took the plate to the buffet table and used his bare hands just like the patron did and put the rest of the bacon on the buffet and everyone else was left to eat it ! This is a clear violation of food service sanitation. I called the jefferson county health dept and complaint was filed. Beware if this happens in plain sight just think what happens in the kitchen! I dont want or like germs or hepititis so I wont be back!! Eat at your own risk. read more
